多層監(jiān)測井成井工藝與止水材料研究

【摘要】:作為地下水監(jiān)測最有效的手段,監(jiān)測井在監(jiān)測和研究地下水與地表水轉(zhuǎn)化,分析地下水水化學(xué)變化特征,獲得流域的地下水水文地質(zhì)信息方面一直發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文以多層監(jiān)測井為研究對象,在介紹了多種多層監(jiān)測井的特點的基礎(chǔ)上,重點對連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井成井工藝、止水材料性能、多層監(jiān)測井止水效果檢驗以及連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井在黑河流域的實際應(yīng)用進行了研究和分析,得到主要結(jié)論如下:(1)相比于其他多層監(jiān)測井,連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井更適合在我國推廣應(yīng)用,其成井工藝簡單,施工成本低,施工人員勞動強度小,并且成井管材與采樣設(shè)備均已實現(xiàn)國產(chǎn),可以更好地推動連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井在我國的發(fā)展應(yīng)用,同時,自動化、智能化的監(jiān)測,必然是未來多層監(jiān)測井發(fā)展的方向。(2)通過土工試驗,研究了兩種新型止水材料(黏土球)的性能及其應(yīng)用,為新型止水材料應(yīng)用于多層監(jiān)測井提供了數(shù)據(jù)支撐。(3)完善和改進連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井的成井工藝,提高了施工效率,保證了成井質(zhì)量,并將其總結(jié)為一套系統(tǒng)的多層監(jiān)測井鉆探與成井工藝,為該項技術(shù)在我國地下水監(jiān)測工作進行推廣提供很好的借鑒。(4)使用簡易抽水試驗和食鹽電導(dǎo)率檢驗法對多層監(jiān)測井相鄰止水層的止水效果進行了檢驗,是對多層監(jiān)測井止水效果檢驗方法的一種探索,其肯定了多層監(jiān)測井分層止水的效果,證明了從多層監(jiān)測井采集的地下水水樣和其他數(shù)據(jù)信息的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性,為地下水多層監(jiān)測井的全面推廣及應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。(5)連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井可以獲得水位、礦化度、離子濃度等大量的水文地質(zhì)信息,為監(jiān)測與研究黑河流域地下水與地表水轉(zhuǎn)化,分析黑河流域地下水水化學(xué)特征提供了技術(shù)支撐。同時,通過連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井在黑河流域的實際應(yīng)用,將理論與野外施工結(jié)合起來,進一步證明了連續(xù)多通道多層監(jiān)測井的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性及其實用性。
[Abstract]:As the most effective means of groundwater monitoring, monitoring wells have been playing an important role in monitoring and studying the transformation between groundwater and surface water, analyzing the characteristics of groundwater hydrochemical changes and obtaining hydrogeological information of groundwater in the basin. On the basis of introducing the characteristics of multi-layer monitoring wells, this paper takes multi-layer monitoring wells as the research object, and focuses on the completion process of continuous multi-layer monitoring wells and the performance of watertight materials. The effectiveness test of multi-layer monitoring wells and the practical application of continuous multi-channel multi-layer monitoring wells in Heihe River Basin are studied and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) compared with other multi-layer monitoring wells, The continuous multi-channel multi-layer monitoring well is more suitable for popularization and application in our country. It has the advantages of simple technology, low construction cost, low labor intensity of construction personnel, and the pipe material and sampling equipment have been made in China. It can better promote the development and application of continuous multi-channel and multi-layer monitoring wells in China. At the same time, automatic and intelligent monitoring is bound to be the direction of development of multi-layer monitoring wells in the future. (2) through geotechnical tests, The properties and applications of two new watertight materials (clay balls) are studied, which provide data support for the application of new watertight materials in multi-layer monitoring wells. (3) the completion process of continuous multi-channel multi-layer monitoring wells is improved and the operation efficiency is improved. The quality of well completion is guaranteed, and it is summarized as a set of systematic multi-layer monitoring well drilling and well completion technology. It provides a good reference for the popularization of this technique in groundwater monitoring work in China. (4) simple pumping test and salt conductivity test are used to test the watertight effect of adjacent watertight layers in multi-layer monitoring wells. It confirms the effect of multi-layer monitoring wells and proves the validity and accuracy of groundwater samples and other data information collected from multi-layer monitoring wells. It lays a foundation for the comprehensive popularization and application of groundwater multi-layer monitoring wells. (5) continuous multi-channel multi-layer monitoring wells can obtain a large amount of hydrogeological information, such as water level, salinity, ion concentration, etc. It provides technical support for monitoring and studying the transformation of groundwater and surface water and analyzing the hydrochemical characteristics of groundwater in Heihe River Basin. At the same time, through the practical application of continuous multi-channel and multi-layer monitoring wells in Heihe River Basin, combining the theory with field construction, the data accuracy and practicability of continuous multi-channel multi-layer monitoring wells are further proved.
