高升油田高北區(qū)塊儲(chǔ)層特征分析及出砂漏失井封堵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文以研究區(qū)塊的現(xiàn)有地質(zhì)資料和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),深入分析儲(chǔ)層的地層特征、沉積特征、巖性特征、物性特征。該區(qū)塊儲(chǔ)層巖性主要為砂礫巖、含礫砂巖及長(zhǎng)石砂礫巖等組成,儲(chǔ)層縱向上孔隙類型主要為原生粒間孔,次為溶蝕孔及顆粒裂縫,隨著深度增加裂縫發(fā)育程度變化不大,裂縫發(fā)育受巖性影響明顯。通過(guò)對(duì)該區(qū)塊的巖性、物性特征發(fā)育分析,掌握其地層特征、沉積環(huán)境和巖性、孔隙度、敏感性等物性特征,為該區(qū)塊有針對(duì)性的配置沖砂液、堵漏劑和配套施工工藝提供準(zhǔn)確的地質(zhì)資料和數(shù)據(jù)支持。針對(duì)此開(kāi)展了以暫堵沖砂和封堵配套工藝方面的技術(shù)研究工作,以砂體、裂縫等地質(zhì)特征為依據(jù),通過(guò)對(duì)暫堵劑成膠粘度、巖芯滲透率恢復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)、耐溫性實(shí)驗(yàn)等室內(nèi)研究和沖砂液的理論設(shè)計(jì),研究粉體暫堵工藝,在其巖體表面注入一定量粉體暫堵劑,使其表面及內(nèi)部形成一層較厚的復(fù)合層,在完成沖砂作業(yè)后,自行溶解,解除堵塞,成功率高,對(duì)油層無(wú)傷害,解決漏失井建立不起循環(huán)、難沖砂、暫堵劑污染油層等作業(yè)難題。通過(guò)對(duì)橋塞劑和配套水泥漿體系的研究,利用改性劑、緩凝劑、膨脹劑、增強(qiáng)劑,進(jìn)行室內(nèi)研究?jī)?yōu)化,使水泥漿性能改善,具有固化時(shí)間可調(diào)、微膨性、固結(jié)強(qiáng)度好和粘度高等特點(diǎn),配以粉體暫堵成果,整理得出一整套科學(xué)有效的出砂漏失井封堵工藝。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing geological data and production status of the studied block, this paper analyzes the stratigraphic, sedimentary, lithologic and physical characteristics of the reservoir. The lithology of reservoir in this block is mainly composed of sandy gravel, gravel sandstone and feldspar sandstones. The main pore types in the reservoir longitudinal are primary intergranular pores, secondary solution pores and granular fractures, and the degree of fracture development changes little with the increase of depth. Fracture development is obviously affected by lithology. By analyzing the development of lithology and physical properties of the block and mastering its stratigraphic characteristics, sedimentary environment, lithology, porosity, sensitivity and so on, the sand flushing fluid is configured for the block. Plugging agent and supporting construction technology provide accurate geological data and data support. In view of this, the technical research work on temporary plugging sand washing and plugging matching technology is carried out. According to the geological characteristics such as sand body and fracture, the experiment of cementing viscosity and core permeability recovery of temporary plugging agent is carried out. Laboratory research and theoretical design of sand washing fluid, research on powder temporary plugging technology, injection of a certain amount of powder temporary plugging agent on the surface of rock mass to form a thicker composite layer on the surface and inside of the rock mass, after finishing the sand washing operation, It can dissolve by itself, remove blockage, have high success rate, have no harm to the reservoir, and solve the problems in operation, such as no circulation, difficult sand washing and temporary plugging agent pollution. Through the study of bridge plug agent and supporting cement slurry system, using modifier, retarder, expander and reinforcer to optimize indoor research, the performance of cement slurry can be improved, the curing time can be adjusted and the property of cement slurry can be improved. With the characteristics of good consolidation strength and high viscosity, a set of scientific and effective plugging technology for sand production leakage wells is obtained by combining with the results of powder temporary plugging.
