【摘要】：融資回購業(yè)務是A公司為了自身發(fā)展需要打開市場的新業(yè)務,該業(yè)務市場前景廣泛,對A公司未來發(fā)展起著關(guān)鍵性的作用。本文以A公司與B公司融資回購業(yè)務的案例作為研究對象。A公司與B公司在回購業(yè)務開展之前毫無關(guān)聯(lián),A公司與B公司之間的回購業(yè)務僅僅是A公司開展的多起回購業(yè)務中的一個案例。B公司由于資金緊張向銀行貸款融資,但是銀行無法有效判定抵押物(礦權(quán)、礦產(chǎn)品)的價值。A公司作為專業(yè)礦業(yè)企業(yè)介入該業(yè)務,對B公司抵押物價值進行認定,并以回購業(yè)務的形式形成對銀行貸款的反擔保。本文的主要研究方向為風險控制,對該案例采用了模糊綜合分析法、頭腦風暴法等方法。文章結(jié)構(gòu)為:首先介紹了本文的研究目的、意義、框架,介紹了風險識別、風險控制的有關(guān)識點,然后對A公司、B公司的基本情況進行介紹。接著通過問卷調(diào)查的形式對該案例進行有效的風險識別,并找到了主要的風險因素。通過一系列對風險因素的分析,設定合理的風險控制方案,取得了較好的風控效果,為今后的融資回購業(yè)務開展積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Financing repurchase business is a new business that A company needs to open the market for its own development. The market prospect of this business is extensive and plays a key role in the future development of A company. This article takes the case of A company and B company financing repurchase business as the object of study. The repurchase business between A company and B company has no connection before the repurchase business is carried out by A company and B company is only a number of cases carried out by A company. In one case in the repo business. Company B has borrowed money from banks because of financial constraints. However, the bank can not effectively determine the value of the mortgage (mining right, mineral product). A company, as a professional mining enterprise, intervene in the business, determine the value of the mortgage of company B, and form a counter-guarantee to the bank loan in the form of repurchase business. The main research direction of this paper is risk control. The fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and brainstorming method are used in this case. The structure of the paper is as follows: firstly, the purpose, significance, framework, risk identification and risk control of this paper are introduced, and then the basic situation of company A / B is introduced. Then through the form of questionnaire to the case of effective risk identification, and found the main risk factors. Through a series of analysis of risk factors, reasonable risk control scheme has been set up, and good effect of wind control has been obtained, which has accumulated valuable experience for the future financing repurchase business.
