落石沖擊力及沖擊效應(yīng)評定的離散元顆粒流數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:落石沖擊力對于隧道棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)等被動防護結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計以及結(jié)構(gòu)安全具有重要的影響,但是沖擊力影響因素較多,難于精確計算,目前隧道棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)等被動防護結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性設(shè)計方法中沒有考慮落石沖擊力的影響。本文對落石沖擊力計算方法以及沖擊效應(yīng)展開研究。主要研究內(nèi)容及成果如下:(1)落石沖擊力評定①利用離散元顆粒流數(shù)值模擬方法對防落石棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)進行建模、計算和分析。針對落石下落高度、重量、坡面坡度和回填土厚度對落石沖擊力的影響規(guī)律展開研究,其中重點研究回填土厚度對于隧道棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)等被動防護結(jié)構(gòu)落石沖擊力的影響規(guī)律。②通過與國內(nèi)外落石沖擊力計算方法的結(jié)果進行對比和分析,分析了各種計算方法的計算原理,同時還對本次數(shù)值模擬落石沖擊力計算結(jié)果的合理性進行了評定,并在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了回填土合理厚度的建議值。③通過查找國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻和工程實例信息,了解并掌握目前國內(nèi)外落石沖擊力的計算方法的原理、考慮因素;對落石沖擊力計算結(jié)果進行數(shù)據(jù)處理,通過數(shù)據(jù)擬合、多元線性回歸等方法,擬合出落石沖擊力計算公式。(2)落石沖擊效應(yīng)研究利用離散元顆粒流數(shù)值模擬方法建立防落石棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)模型,記錄并提取棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)頂板、縱梁、立柱和基礎(chǔ)等部件不同部位的應(yīng)力,繪制應(yīng)力-時程曲線,分析棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)在落石沖擊作用下的動態(tài)響應(yīng),為棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供設(shè)計依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The impact force of falling stone has an important influence on the design and safety of passive protective structure such as tunnel shed and tunnel structure, but there are many factors affecting the impact force, so it is difficult to calculate accurately. At present, the impact of rock drop is not taken into account in the reliability design methods of passive protective structures such as tunnel shed and tunnel structure. In this paper, the impact force calculation method and impact effect are studied. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) the impact force assessment of rock drop. 1. Modeling, calculating and analyzing the structure of stone shed tunnel by using discrete element particle flow numerical simulation method. The influence of falling height, weight, slope gradient and backfill thickness on the impact force of rock drop is studied. The influence of backfill thickness on the impact force of rock drop of passive protective structures such as tunnel shed and tunnel structure is mainly studied by comparing and analyzing the results of calculation method of rock drop impact force at home and abroad by comparing and analyzing the law of rock falling impact force of passive protective structure such as tunnel shed and tunnel structure. The calculation principle of various calculation methods is analyzed, and the reasonableness of the calculation results of the impact force of the numerical simulation is also evaluated. On the basis of this, the suggested value of reasonable thickness of backfill soil is given. 3. By looking up the relevant literature and engineering case information at home and abroad, we can understand and master the principle and consideration factors of the calculation method of rock drop impact force at home and abroad at present. The calculation results of rock drop impact force are processed by data fitting, multivariate linear regression and so on. (2) study on the impact effect of falling stone by using discrete element particle flow numerical simulation method to establish the structure model of anti-falling stone shed tunnel, record and extract roof and longitudinal beam of shed tunnel structure, The stress of different parts such as column and foundation is drawn up the stress-time history curve is drawn and the dynamic response of the shed tunnel structure under the action of rock fall is analyzed which provides the design basis for the structure design of the shed tunnel.
