高埋深儲層膏質(zhì)泥巖蠕變力學特性試驗研究

【摘要】:泥巖作為油氣儲層常見復(fù)雜介質(zhì),深部高溫、高壓環(huán)境下蠕變力學特性異常復(fù)雜,是引起套管損傷破壞的重要因素。以深部油氣藏工程含膏質(zhì)泥巖為研究對象;分別開展了溫度為130℃、圍壓為30 MPa作用下三軸壓縮和不同應(yīng)力水平的三軸蠕變試驗,結(jié)果表明,該泥巖呈非均質(zhì)性不明顯、具有較大塑性壓縮和延性擴容變形、峰值強度略低等軟巖力學特性;且軸向和側(cè)向峰值應(yīng)變達1.5%,峰值強度為74 MPa。泥巖力學特性表現(xiàn)出明顯的時間效應(yīng),蠕變應(yīng)力閥值較低;應(yīng)力和持時對蠕變特性存在顯著影響,低應(yīng)力、長時間作用下泥巖亦呈現(xiàn)顯著的穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變和加速蠕變破壞;且加速蠕變起始時間隨應(yīng)力增加呈指數(shù)降低關(guān)系;探討了泥巖強度損傷和加速蠕變特性,認為泥巖內(nèi)部蠕變損傷變量可用指數(shù)函數(shù)予以描述,且加速蠕變變形為應(yīng)力與時間的二元指數(shù)函數(shù)。相關(guān)成果旨在為深部泥巖油氣藏套管工程長期穩(wěn)定分析及蠕變模型構(gòu)建提供可靠的依據(jù)。
