【摘要】：河北是華北地區(qū)乃至中國(guó)大陸東部地區(qū)地震活動(dòng)最為活躍的地區(qū)之一,構(gòu)造背景復(fù)雜,斷層發(fā)育。隨著全省11個(gè)城市活斷層探測(cè)與地震危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn),若干科研課題的研究,地質(zhì)構(gòu)造資料逐步積累,晚更新世以來的斷層資料得到進(jìn)一步更新。如何評(píng)估這些活動(dòng)斷層上的最大潛在地震震級(jí)及危險(xiǎn)性是地震中長(zhǎng)期預(yù)測(cè)中較為重要的一個(gè)問題。本文采用聞學(xué)澤等提出的潛在地震最大震級(jí)評(píng)估模型,對(duì)河北地區(qū)晚更新世以來的活動(dòng)斷層進(jìn)行斷層小區(qū)劃分,建立了斷層小區(qū)內(nèi)最大地震震級(jí)M_(max)與震級(jí)頻度關(guān)系a_t/b值之間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)關(guān)系,并利用公式外推獲得斷層小區(qū)內(nèi)的推測(cè)潛在震級(jí)上限值。另外,本文用強(qiáng)震等待時(shí)間的指數(shù)分布關(guān)系式計(jì)算了部分?jǐn)鄬有^(qū)未來的中強(qiáng)地震發(fā)震概率。
[Abstract]:Hebei is one of the most active seismicity areas in North China and even in the eastern part of mainland China with complex tectonic setting and fault development. With the promotion of active fault detection and seismic risk assessment projects in 11 cities of the province, the research of several scientific research topics, the accumulation of geological structure data, and the further updating of fault data since the late Pleistocene. How to evaluate the maximum potential magnitude and risk of these active faults is an important problem in the medium and long term earthquake prediction. In this paper, the active faults in Hebei area since the late Pleistocene have been divided into fault zones by using the maximum magnitude assessment model of potential earthquakes proposed by Wen Xueze et al. The empirical relationship between the magnitude M _ (max) and the magnitude frequency of the maximum earthquake M _ (max) in the fault zone is established, and the extrapolation of the formula is used to obtain the predicted upper limit of the potential magnitude in the fault area. In addition, the probability of occurrence of moderate strong earthquakes in some fault areas in the future is calculated by using the exponential distribution of the waiting time of strong earthquakes.
