石英中鋁、鈣和鎂的納米離子探針原位分析標準物質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:石英膠結(jié)物是砂巖中重要的膠結(jié)物類型。用納米離子探針(CAMECA Nano SIMS 50L)對石英膠結(jié)物中Al、Ca和Mg等重要微量元素進行原位分析,可為成巖作用研究提供重要基礎依據(jù)。然而,由于缺乏相應的標準物質(zhì),一直不能對石英膠結(jié)物中Al、Ca和Mg進行研究。針對不均一的石英顆粒樣品,文中采用細磨、混合、高溫熔融(2000℃,6個小時)與快速冷卻等措施,制作均一化的石英玻璃。經(jīng)納米離子探針驗證,該石英玻璃中Al、Ca和Mg在亞微米尺度上是均一的,已能滿足成巖作用研究的需要。隨后,用電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜和激光剝蝕電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜測定了石英玻璃中Al、Ca和Mg的含量。相對靈敏度因子分析顯示,這些測試結(jié)果是協(xié)調(diào)、合理的。該均一化的石英玻璃可作為亞微米尺度Al、Ca和Mg原位分析的標準物質(zhì)。
