閩江河口潮灘沼澤濕地沉積物鐵的形態(tài)和空間分布

【摘要】:濱海潮灘沉積物鐵異化還原過程對有機(jī)質(zhì)代謝及生源要素(C、N、P、S、O等)生物地球化學(xué)循環(huán)具有深遠(yuǎn)的影響.本文以閩江河口鱔魚灘潮灘濕地為研究對象,對高、中、低潮灘0~80 cm深度內(nèi)與鐵異化還原相關(guān)的不同形態(tài)鐵的含量和空間分布進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明,無定形Fe(Ⅲ)((39.3±5.3)μmol·g~(-1))和晶質(zhì)Fe(Ⅲ)((84.2±10.7)μmol·g~(-1))主要分布在高潮灘,并沿著向海方向減少;鐵的硫化物FeS((15.3±2.8)μmol·g~(-1))和Fe S2((6.0±1.1)μmol·g~(-1))集中分布在中、低潮灘;非硫Fe(II)((111.7±12.8)μmol·g~(-1))富集在整個(gè)潮灘剖面上,且含量隨著深度增加而增加.孔隙水Fe~(2+)((3.7±0.7)mmol·L~(-1))與Fe S2、SO_4~(2-)和pH相關(guān),說明Fe~(2+)可能與黃鐵礦的水解有關(guān).不同形態(tài)鐵在高、中、低潮灘表現(xiàn)出顯著的空間分布異質(zhì)性.高潮灘鐵異化還原的強(qiáng)度大于硫酸鹽異化還原,但沿著向海方向,硫酸鹽異化還原的潛勢逐漸增加.本研究證明了潮汐水文和高程對潮灘濕地鐵的遷移和轉(zhuǎn)化具有重要的意義.
