【摘要】：為了解決巖土與地下工程施工過(guò)程中圍巖持續(xù)性的蠕變大變形災(zāi)害,建立能較好描述巖石蠕變?nèi)^(guò)程規(guī)律的本構(gòu)方程尤為重要。基于RLW-2000型微機(jī)伺服巖石三軸流變儀得到的泥巖流變實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)其蠕變曲線(xiàn)特征進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合巖石的力學(xué)特性,定義了一種能反映巖石加速蠕變破壞特征的非線(xiàn)性函數(shù)。將定義的非線(xiàn)性函數(shù)引入到傳統(tǒng)西元模型中,構(gòu)造出一個(gè)新的改進(jìn)西元模型的流變本構(gòu)方程。該模型成功克服了傳統(tǒng)西元模型不能描述巖石加速蠕變過(guò)程的缺陷,能很好地反映巖石蠕變曲線(xiàn)的三個(gè)階段。結(jié)合泥巖蠕變實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)該模型的蠕變參數(shù)進(jìn)行了辨識(shí),并將模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果與蠕變實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,證明了所建立新的改進(jìn)西元模型的正確性與合理性。且模型參數(shù)較少,容易理解,便于在實(shí)際工程中運(yùn)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:It is very important to establish constitutive equation which can describe the whole process of rock creep in order to solve the large creep disaster of surrounding rock during the construction of geotechnical and underground engineering. Based on the experimental data of mudstone rheology obtained by RLW-2000 microcomputer servo triaxial rheometer, the creep curve characteristics of mudstone are analyzed. Combined with the mechanical characteristics of rock, a nonlinear function which can reflect the characteristics of accelerated creep failure of rock is defined. The defined nonlinear function is introduced into the traditional western-element model, and a new rheological constitutive equation of the improved western-element model is constructed. The model successfully overcomes the defect that the traditional Western model can not describe the accelerated creep process of rock and can well reflect the three stages of rock creep curve. The creep parameters of the model are identified based on the experimental data of mudstone creep. The correctness and reasonableness of the new improved model are proved by comparing the calculated results with the creep experimental data. The model parameters are few, easy to understand, and easy to be applied and popularized in practical engineering.
