【摘要】：脈沖中子全能譜飽和度測井技術(shù)在油田引進(jìn)投產(chǎn)后,實(shí)際應(yīng)用中還存在許多難題,如譜數(shù)據(jù)處理和譜資料監(jiān)測不完善,判斷譜質(zhì)量效果不佳,簡單的解釋模型和模板不能有效的適用于各種地質(zhì)條件,因此需要有針對(duì)性研究提出譜數(shù)據(jù)處理方法、新的曲線校正方法和新的解釋方法及解釋模板,以最終提高剩余油解釋符合率。本論文通過研究,取得以下幾項(xiàng)主要成果。對(duì)全譜測井的非彈總譜和俘獲譜進(jìn)行了平滑處理,峰漂校正,獲取非彈凈譜,能窗選擇和測井曲線的生成;采用時(shí)間譜累計(jì)計(jì)數(shù)/(俘獲譜累計(jì)計(jì)數(shù)+非彈譜累計(jì)計(jì)數(shù))、超產(chǎn)額倍數(shù)、同類譜前后譜相關(guān)性分析方法來識(shí)別壞譜;采用三次濾波法(2次中值濾波,1次漢明函數(shù)濾波),識(shí)別譜線上的跳點(diǎn),簡稱為53H法濾波技術(shù);對(duì)全譜測井曲線進(jìn)行了歸零化和溫漂校正,消除儀器加電狀態(tài)和溫度對(duì)測井曲線的影響;對(duì)碳氧比曲線提出鈣質(zhì)校正和康普頓退降校正,利用校正后的赫爾佐格模型提高了剩余油飽和度的計(jì)算精度;對(duì)全譜測井完成了泥質(zhì)含量,鈣質(zhì)含量,孔隙度,含油飽和度解釋模型的建立和解釋;應(yīng)用驅(qū)油效率來評(píng)價(jià)水淹層水淹級(jí)別。
[Abstract]:After the introduction and production of pulsed neutron all-purpose spectral saturation logging technology, there are still many difficulties in practical application, such as the imperfect spectrum data processing and spectral data monitoring, and the poor effect of judging spectral quality. Simple interpretation models and templates can not be applied to all kinds of geological conditions, so it is necessary to study and propose spectral data processing methods, new curve correction methods, new interpretation methods and interpretation templates. Through the research, this paper has obtained the following main achievements. The inelastic total spectrum and capture spectrum of full spectrum logging are smoothed, peak drift correction, inelastic net spectrum obtained, energy window selection and log curve generation are obtained. Time spectrum accumulative counting / (capture spectrum accumulative counting), over yield multiple, correlation analysis of the same kind of spectrum before and after spectrum analysis are used to identify bad spectrum. The cubic filtering method (2 times median filter and 1 order hamming function filter) is used to identify the hopping point on the spectral line, which is referred to as the 53H filtering technique, and the full spectrum log curve is corrected by zeroing and temperature drift. The influence of the power state and temperature on the logging curve is eliminated, the calcium correction and Compton regression correction are proposed for the carbon-oxygen ratio curve, and the accuracy of residual oil saturation is improved by using the corrected Herzog model. The interpretation model of mud content, calcium content, porosity and oil saturation is established and interpreted for the whole spectrum logging, and the flooding efficiency is used to evaluate the water-flooded level of water-flooded zones.
