地震檢波器測試儀的測試參數(shù)算法研究及實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:地質(zhì)勘探領(lǐng)域中,地震檢波器是廣泛使用的一種傳感器。其作為探測地震信號的主要模塊,必須要有足夠高的分辨率、信噪比、精確度和保真度等。對地震勘探的結(jié)果影響最大的是本身的參數(shù)指標。檢波器的主要參數(shù)指標是電阻,相對阻尼系數(shù),靈敏度,固有頻率,失真度。本文主要是對檢波器的各個參數(shù)指標的測算方法進行了研究,并給出一種計算大阻尼檢波器的相對阻尼系數(shù)的改進方法,設(shè)計了全套的測量計算的算法和軟件。在實際的生產(chǎn)過程中,檢測其各參數(shù)是否達標是衡量檢波器是否合格的的主要手段,而市場上的檢波器測試儀僅能對小阻尼檢波器進行檢測,大阻尼檢波器的判定只能根據(jù)靈敏度,電阻和實際生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗把控,缺少檢測手段,這給生產(chǎn)和使用帶來很大不便。本課題對檢波器進行了詳細的數(shù)學建模,并以此為根據(jù)研究了兩類檢波器的參數(shù)計算的算法,同時對大阻尼檢波器的相對阻尼系數(shù)的計算方法進行了改進,并以此為根據(jù)設(shè)計了實際使用的應(yīng)用軟件。本課題完成的主要工作如下:第一,詳細說明地震檢波器的工作原理,對檢波器進行詳細的數(shù)學建模,給出零輸入響應(yīng)的運動方程和輸出方程。以此為根據(jù),推導出各項參數(shù)的計算方法。第二,根據(jù)算法的復雜程度,以及平臺功能的基本要求,選擇ARM11嵌入式平臺和WINCE6.0嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)去構(gòu)建整個解決方案。第三,根據(jù)算法和設(shè)計功能需要,進行軟件設(shè)計,主要是原始數(shù)據(jù)采集流程設(shè)計,原始數(shù)據(jù)的處理,算法功能,溫度校正,數(shù)據(jù)庫,數(shù)據(jù)保存等功能進行設(shè)計。對軟件調(diào)試,實現(xiàn)各項功能,并剔除BUG。第四,對整個算法和方案進行不斷的測試和改進,提高精度,以滿足實際使用需要。整體算法設(shè)計已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到新型的地震檢波器測試儀中,與傳統(tǒng)的地震檢波器測試儀相比,該測試儀不僅能進行小阻尼檢波器參數(shù)測試,還能對大阻尼地震檢波器進行測試;同時還提高了便攜性,實現(xiàn)了全頻特性,具有高效率,智能化的優(yōu)勢。在實際的實驗中,該算法具有的速度的優(yōu)勢得以體現(xiàn),并且達到了實際應(yīng)用的精度要求,部分參數(shù)的精度可以達到在千分之一以下,同時還有友好的人機界面,使用更加方便。
[Abstract]:In the field of geological exploration, geophone is widely used as a sensor. As the main module of seismic signal detection, it must have high resolution, signal-to-noise ratio, accuracy and fidelity. The most important effect on the seismic exploration results is the parameter index itself. The main parameters of geophone are resistance, relative damping coefficient, sensitivity, natural frequency and distortion. In this paper, the method of calculating the parameters of geophone is studied, and an improved method to calculate the relative damping coefficient of geophone with large damping is given, and a complete set of calculation algorithm and software are designed. In the actual production process, it is the main means to measure whether the geophone is up to standard or not, but the market geophone tester can only detect the small damping geophone. The determination of large damped geophone can only be controlled according to sensitivity, resistance and practical production experience, and lack of testing means, which brings great inconvenience to production and operation. Based on the detailed mathematical modeling of geophone, the calculation algorithm of two kinds of geophone parameters is studied, and the calculation method of relative damping coefficient of large damping geophone is improved. Based on this, the practical application software is designed. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the principle of seismograph is explained in detail, and the motion equation and output equation of zero input response are given. Based on this, the calculation method of each parameter is deduced. Secondly, according to the complexity of the algorithm and the basic requirements of the platform function, the ARM11 embedded platform and the WINCE6.0 embedded operating system are selected to build the whole solution. Thirdly, according to the need of algorithm and design function, we design the software, mainly the original data acquisition flow design, raw data processing, algorithm function, temperature correction, database, data preservation and other functions. Debug the software, achieve various functions, and eliminate Bug. Fourth, the whole algorithm and scheme are continuously tested and improved to improve the accuracy to meet the practical needs. The whole algorithm design has been applied to a new type of seismic geophone tester. Compared with the traditional geophone tester, the instrument can not only test the parameters of the small damping geophone, but also test the large damping geophone. At the same time, it improves the portability, realizes the full frequency characteristic, and has the advantage of high efficiency and intelligence. In the actual experiment, the advantage of the speed of the algorithm can be realized, and the precision requirement of practical application is reached. The precision of some parameters can reach less than 1/1000. At the same time, there is a friendly man-machine interface, so it is more convenient to use.
