【摘要】：在經(jīng)歷全球黃金突破歷史最高價格的繁榮后,中國礦業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速下滑,至今呈低迷態(tài)勢。對資源型企業(yè)來說如何戰(zhàn)勝困難,走出逆境是目前最需要解決的問題。云南地礦總公司(集團(tuán))是云南省地勘行業(yè)中典型的以礦業(yè)為支柱的資源型企業(yè)。面對目前市場帶來的挑戰(zhàn),作者認(rèn)真總結(jié)地礦集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷史,分析地礦集團(tuán)目前存在的優(yōu)劣態(tài)勢。圍繞地礦集團(tuán)改革方向,找準(zhǔn)未來發(fā)展所依靠的核心競爭力構(gòu)成要素,專題研究如何提升云南地礦總公司(集團(tuán))核心競爭力的途徑和方法。從理論和實踐角度出發(fā),本文從五個方面展開論述地礦集團(tuán)的核心競爭力的提升戰(zhàn)略。首先是資源儲備戰(zhàn)略方面,作者提出積極探索新型找礦方法,儲備優(yōu)良資源的途徑。其次在資質(zhì)戰(zhàn)略方面,作者闡釋了如何規(guī)范、合理、有效的維護(hù)和提升資質(zhì)的具體方法。第三,在原始地質(zhì)資料戰(zhàn)略運(yùn)用上,本文提出實現(xiàn)原始地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字化應(yīng)用的可行方法和步驟,從而突破了資料陳舊、流通困難的歷史問題。第四,在專業(yè)人才戰(zhàn)略方面,文章詳細(xì)做出了地礦集團(tuán)2014年至2020年的人才規(guī)劃。最后,針對目前礦業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷的形勢,本文闡述了通過推行企業(yè)內(nèi)部市場化和全面預(yù)算化來實現(xiàn)成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:China's mining economy has slumped after a boom in global gold prices above record highs. How to overcome difficulties and get out of adversity is the most important problem for resource-based enterprises. Yunnan Geology and Mining Corporation (Group) is a typical resource enterprise in Yunnan geological prospecting industry. In the face of the challenge brought by the present market, the author summarizes the development history of the geological and mineral group and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the geological and mineral group at present. This paper focuses on the reform direction of geological and mineral groups, finds out the elements of core competitiveness that the future development depends on, and studies the ways and methods of how to enhance the core competitiveness of Yunnan Geology and Mineral Corporation (Group). From the point of view of theory and practice, this paper discusses the strategy of improving the core competence of geological and mineral group from five aspects. The first is the strategy of resource reserve. The author puts forward the ways of actively exploring new prospecting methods and reserving good resources. Secondly, in terms of qualification strategy, the author explains how to standardize, reasonably and effectively maintain and promote the specific methods of qualification. Third, in the application of the original geological data strategy, this paper puts forward the feasible methods and steps to realize the digital application of the original geological data, thus breaking through the historical problems of the old data and difficult circulation. Fourth, in terms of professional talent strategy, the article makes a detailed talent plan for the Group from 2014 to 2020. Finally, in view of the current situation of mining economic downturn, this paper expounds the implementation of enterprise internal marketization and comprehensive budgeting to achieve cost leading strategy.
