【摘要】：貿(mào)易引力模型在解釋雙邊貿(mào)易流量的影響因素上具有很強的應(yīng)用性。大部分的研究表明,貿(mào)易雙方的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)模、人口、空間距離及制度是影響兩國貿(mào)易流量的重要因素。同時,貿(mào)易便利化水平的提高也有助于雙邊貿(mào)易量的增加。目前衡量一國貿(mào)易便利化水平的指標體系有眾多版本,本論文借鑒并整合了APEC在2002年通過的“貿(mào)易便利化行動計劃和措施”和貿(mào)易便利化研究專家Wilson, John S.的評價指標來構(gòu)建了衡量貿(mào)易便利化水平的指標體系,同時通過指數(shù)測算的方法得出中國與印尼近年來各項貿(mào)易便利化水平指數(shù)。本文將標準化后的貿(mào)易便利化水平指數(shù)代入到修正后的貿(mào)易引力模型,通過最小二乘估計的方法測算出模型的各個參數(shù),最后得出相對滿意的、能夠解釋中國與印尼礦產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易便利化影響因素的貿(mào)易引力模型。模型結(jié)果顯示,除了兩國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)模,影響兩國礦產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易流量大小的因素還包括雙方的港口效率、制度環(huán)境、海關(guān)環(huán)境等衡量貿(mào)易便利化水平的指標。在驗證了中印尼礦產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易便利化水平影響因素的前提下,文章還提出了包括改善海關(guān)環(huán)境、加強基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、改善制度環(huán)境及鼓勵非官方往來在內(nèi)的針對促進兩國礦產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易便利化的對策建議,為相關(guān)政策的制定提供一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:The trade gravity model has a strong application in explaining the influencing factors of bilateral trade flows. Most studies show that the scale of economic development, population, spatial distance and system are the important factors that affect the trade flow between the two countries. At the same time, the level of trade facilitation is also conducive to the increase in bilateral trade volume. At present, there are many versions of the index system to measure a country's trade facilitation level. This paper draws on and integrates the Trade Facilitation Action Plan and measures adopted by APEC in 2002 and trade facilitation expert Wilson, John S. The index system is constructed to measure the level of trade facilitation. At the same time, the index of trade facilitation level between China and Indonesia in recent years is obtained by the method of index calculation. In this paper, the standardized index of trade facilitation level is added to the revised trade gravity model, the parameters of the model are calculated by least square estimation method, and the relative satisfactory results are obtained. The trade gravity model which can explain the influence factors of mineral trade facilitation between China and Indonesia. The results show that in addition to the economic development scale of the two countries, the factors affecting the trade flow of mineral products include the port efficiency, institutional environment, customs environment and other indicators to measure the level of trade facilitation. On the premise of verifying the influencing factors on the level of trade facilitation of mineral products between China and Indonesia, the article also puts forward some suggestions, including improving the customs environment and strengthening the infrastructure construction. To improve the institutional environment and encourage unofficial exchanges between the two countries to promote the trade facilitation of mineral products countermeasures and suggestions, for the formulation of relevant policies to provide a certain reference.
