陰陽離子及蒙脫石粘土礦物對土壤吸附獸藥鏈霉素的影響

【摘要】:內蒙古自治區(qū)是我國最為重要的畜牧業(yè)基地之一,2014年牲畜存欄超過1.1億只,年獸藥抗生素需求量較大,這也導致了獸藥抗生素在環(huán)境中的殘留值得關注。過去的幾年中,土壤中重金屬、化肥和農藥的超標也日益嚴重,導致土壤中污染物趨于多元化和復雜化,以復合污染的形式存在。因而,我區(qū)土壤中復合污染的研究意義重大。本文以鏈霉素為研究對象,研究土壤中陰陽離子對其吸附行為的復合效應及蒙脫石粘土礦物對其吸附的影響。首先,通過靜態(tài)吸附實驗方法,研究了鉀、鈣和鈉對土壤吸附鏈霉素的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)鉀、鈣和鈉陽離子的存在促進了鏈霉素在土壤中的吸附。離子濃度增加時,促進作用減弱。并且,著重研究了在潮土和黑土中銅與鏈霉素復合吸附。研究表明,銅的存在促進了兩種土壤對鏈霉素的吸附,但鏈霉素抑制了土壤對銅的吸附,可能是因為銅與鏈霉素形成絡合物。另外,pH也會對銅和鏈霉素的復合效應也有一定影響。其次,研究了3種陰離子對土壤吸附鏈霉素的影響,研究表明,鏈霉素的吸附強弱關系均為:PNC1原土,認為可能是因為陰離子加入后,很大程度上增加了土壤表面負電的緣故。最后,主要運用離子色譜檢測、紅外分析和XRD檢測等手段,對蒙脫石吸附鏈霉素的作用進行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)蒙脫石對鏈霉素具有強烈的吸附能力,認為蒙脫石可能是通過陽離子交換作用對鏈霉素進行吸附。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is one of the most important animal husbandry bases in China. In 2014, more than 110 million livestock were kept in stock, and the annual demand for veterinary antibiotics was large, which also led to the residue of veterinary antibiotics in the environment. In the past few years, the excess of heavy metals, fertilizers and pesticides in soil has become more and more serious, which leads to the diversification and complication of pollutants in soil, which exists in the form of compound pollution. Therefore, the study of compound pollution in soil in our region is of great significance. In this paper, streptomycin was used as a research object to study the compound effect of cationic and anionic ions on adsorption behavior and the effect of montmorillonite clay minerals on the adsorption of streptomycin. Firstly, the effects of potassium, calcium and sodium on the adsorption of streptomycin in soil were studied by static adsorption experiments. It was found that the presence of potassium, calcium and sodium cations promoted the adsorption of streptomycin in soil. With the increase of ion concentration, the promoting effect is weakened. Moreover, the complex adsorption of copper and streptomycin in aquic and black soils was studied. The results showed that the presence of copper promoted the adsorption of streptomycin on two soils, but streptomycin inhibited the adsorption of copper, which may be due to the formation of a complex of copper and streptomycin. In addition, pH also affected the compound effect of copper and streptomycin. Secondly, the effects of three kinds of anions on the adsorption of streptomycin on soil were studied. The results showed that the adsorption strength of streptomycin was all in the proportion of 1: PNC1 primordial soil, which may be due to the increase of negative electricity on soil surface after the addition of anions. Finally, the adsorption of streptomycin on montmorillonite was studied by ion chromatography, infrared analysis and XRD, and it was found that montmorillonite had strong adsorption ability to streptomycin. It is suggested that montmorillonite may adsorb streptomycin by cation exchange.
