沉積物不同提取態(tài)有機(jī)物特征及水文地球化學(xué)意義——以河套盆地典型研究區(qū)為例

【摘要】:地下水系統(tǒng)中有機(jī)物(OM)特征和活性對(duì)于地下水化學(xué)特征的形成和演化起著十分重要的作用。將內(nèi)蒙古河套盆地表層湖相沉積物按10 cm間隔采集,并對(duì)沉積有機(jī)質(zhì)的性質(zhì)及來(lái)源進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析。測(cè)量了不同深度上不同巖性沉積物的色度、水溶性有機(jī)物(WEOM)和鹽溶性有機(jī)物(SEOM)含量及其光譜學(xué)特性。結(jié)果顯示,沉積物的色度(R530-520)與TOC含量呈現(xiàn)相反的變化趨勢(shì):色度值較大時(shí),TOC含量反而較小。相對(duì)于細(xì)砂層,黏土層的色度值較低,但TOC含量較高。相同的沉積物中,SEOM含量高于WEOM,但WEOM更易遷移至地下水中。有機(jī)物的光譜指數(shù)表明,WEOM以微生物來(lái)源為主,而SEOM以陸源為主。通過(guò)三維熒光光譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn),熒光強(qiáng)度和沉積物有機(jī)碳(SOC)含量呈正相關(guān);黏土層沉積有機(jī)物熒光強(qiáng)度更高;WEOM和SEOM均含類(lèi)腐殖質(zhì)成分和類(lèi)蛋白成分,但SEOM中腐殖質(zhì)成分較高;類(lèi)腐殖質(zhì)是所研究的沉積物中OM最主要的存在形式。
[Abstract]:The characteristics and activities of organic matter (OM) in groundwater system play an important role in the formation and evolution of groundwater chemical characteristics. The surface lacustrine sediments of Hetao Basin were collected at a interval of 10 cm and the characteristics and sources of sedimentary organic matter were analyzed emphatically. The chromaticity, content of water-soluble organic matter (WEOM) and salt-soluble organic substance (SEOM) of different lithologic sediments at different depths and their spectroscopic properties were measured. The results showed that the chromaticity of sediment (R530-520) and TOC content showed the opposite trend: the content of TOC was smaller when the chroma value was larger. Compared with fine sand layer, the color value of clay layer is lower, but the content of TOC is higher. The content of SEOM in the same sediment is higher than that in WEOM, but WEOM is easier to migrate to groundwater. The spectral index of organic matter indicated that the microorganism was the main source of WEOM, while the SEOM was mainly terrestrial. It was found that the fluorescence intensity was positively correlated with the content of organic carbon (SOC) in sediment, and that the fluorescence intensity of organic matter in clay layer was higher than that in the clay layer. Both WEOM and SEOM contained humus-like and protein-like components, but the humus components in SEOM were higher. Humus-like substance is the most important form of OM in sediments studied.
