球粒狀和棒狀納米赤鐵礦光電化學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】:本文以乙二醇為誘導(dǎo)劑通過電化學(xué)沉積法成功合成了球粒狀及棒狀納米赤鐵礦。X射線衍射光譜(XRD)和Raman光譜結(jié)果表明,球粒狀赤鐵礦粒徑20±5 nm;棒狀赤鐵礦截面直徑約20 nm,長(zhǎng)90±10 nm;二者物相皆為單一均勻的赤鐵礦。紫外-可見吸收光譜顯示兩種赤鐵礦在300~550 nm范圍內(nèi)均有較好吸收,Tauc方程計(jì)算球粒狀和棒狀赤鐵礦禁帶寬度分別為2.00 e V和1.99 e V。Mott-Schottky擬合結(jié)果表明1 M KOH溶液體系中,棒狀赤鐵礦載流子濃度為1.95×1021cm-3,高于球粒狀赤鐵礦(3.16×1020cm-3)。進(jìn)一步的光電化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:0.6 V(vs.Ag/Ag Cl)電勢(shì)下棒狀赤鐵礦光照下電流密度較暗電流提升550%,球粒狀赤鐵礦電流密度提升77%。研究證實(shí),赤鐵礦形貌對(duì)其半導(dǎo)體特性及光電化學(xué)特性有影響,且棒狀赤鐵礦電極表現(xiàn)出更好的可見光響應(yīng)特性,具有更佳的光電催化潛力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the spherical and rod-shaped nanocrystalline hematite were successfully synthesized by electrochemical deposition with ethylene glycol as inducer. The diameter of globular hematite is 20 鹵5 nm, the section diameter of rod-shaped hematite is about 20 nm and the length of hematite is 90 鹵10 nm. The UV-Vis absorption spectra show that both kinds of hematite have better absorption in the range of 300 ~ 550 nm. The calculated bandgap width of spherical hematite and rod-shaped hematite is 2.00 EV and 1.99 e V. Mott-Schottky fitting results, respectively. The results show that in the system of 1M Koh solution, the band gap of hematite is 2.00 EV and 1.99 e V. Mott-Schottky, respectively. The carrier concentration of rod-shaped hematite is 1.95 脳 1021cm-3, which is higher than that of globular hematite (3.16 脳 1020cm-3). Further photochemical experiments show that the current density of rod-shaped hematite increases by 550 and that of globular hematite increases by 77. The results show that the morphology of hematite has an effect on the semiconductor and photochemical properties of hematite, and the rod hematite electrode has better visible light response and better photocatalytic potential.
