地層傾角儀器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了能夠滿(mǎn)足我國(guó)油田對(duì)地層傾角儀器的需求,本論文開(kāi)展的六臂地層傾角儀器研究,可以準(zhǔn)確地檢測(cè)出流經(jīng)地層的微弱信號(hào),并結(jié)合井徑、測(cè)斜等其它輔助信號(hào)繪制出六條富含地層電阻率信息的曲線(xiàn),進(jìn)而以地層傾角矢量圖的方式來(lái)顯示地層傾角和傾斜方位角,為地質(zhì)學(xué)家確定沉積構(gòu)造及認(rèn)識(shí)大規(guī)模構(gòu)造現(xiàn)象提供測(cè)井資料,從而確保油田的穩(wěn)產(chǎn)及持續(xù)地發(fā)展。本文以地層傾角測(cè)井理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了地層傾角測(cè)量的基本原理,構(gòu)建了地層傾角檢測(cè)的基本模型,并對(duì)地層傾角、傾斜方位角、井斜校正及高程差進(jìn)行了分析與計(jì)算。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,研制了地層傾角儀器的硬件電路,包括極板內(nèi)置低噪聲放大電路、信號(hào)源電路和數(shù)據(jù)采集電路。其中數(shù)據(jù)采集電路以APA300和TMS320F2812為核心,并采用TMS320F2812實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字相敏檢波,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)微弱信號(hào)的有效采集。在理論研究和井下硬件電路研制的基礎(chǔ)上,研制出極板檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)用于檢測(cè)極板內(nèi)置電路,設(shè)計(jì)了井徑刻度方法用于對(duì)儀器的井徑刻度。對(duì)地層傾角儀器進(jìn)行了高溫高壓試驗(yàn)、內(nèi)室模擬試驗(yàn)及井徑刻度實(shí)驗(yàn),根據(jù)調(diào)試和實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果,證實(shí)了本系統(tǒng)具有穩(wěn)定性好、檢測(cè)精度高、受外界環(huán)境限制小等特點(diǎn)。研制的儀器多次應(yīng)用于青海油田的實(shí)際測(cè)井作業(yè),測(cè)試結(jié)果與國(guó)外同類(lèi)儀器比較接近。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of formation dip instrument in oil field of our country, the research of six-arm dipping instrument developed in this paper can accurately detect the weak signal flowing through the formation and combine with the well diameter. Other auxiliary signals, such as diagonometry, draw six curves rich in formation resistivity information, and then display the dip angle and tilt azimuth by means of the vector map of formation dip angle. This paper provides logging data for geologists to determine sedimentary structures and recognize large-scale structural phenomena, thus ensuring the stable production and sustainable development of oil fields. Based on the theory of formation dip logging, this paper analyzes the basic principle of formation dip measurement, constructs the basic model of formation dip angle detection, and analyzes and calculates the formation dip angle, tilt azimuth, well deviation correction and elevation difference. Based on the theoretical research, the hardware circuit of the formation dip angle instrument is developed, including the low noise amplifier circuit, the signal source circuit and the data acquisition circuit. The data acquisition circuit uses APA300 and TMS320F2812 as the core, and uses TMS320F2812 to realize the digital phase sensitive detection, and finally realizes the effective acquisition of the weak signal. On the basis of theoretical research and downhole hardware circuit development, a pole plate detection system is developed to detect the inner circuit of the plate, and a well diameter calibration method is designed to calibrate the well diameter of the instrument. The high temperature and high pressure test, the chamber simulation test and the well diameter calibration experiment are carried out. According to the results of debugging and experiment, it is proved that the system has the characteristics of good stability, high detection precision and little restriction by external environment. The developed instrument has been used in practical logging operations in Qinghai Oilfield for many times, and the test results are close to those of the same kind of instruments abroad.
