天然閃鋅礦礦物學(xué)特征與光催化性能

【摘要】:本文采集了我國19個(gè)產(chǎn)地的天然閃鋅礦進(jìn)行礦物學(xué)和光催化性能研究。樣品皆為立方Zn S結(jié)構(gòu),化學(xué)成分變化較大,其中Fe對閃鋅礦中Zn的替代范圍為0.235%~14.826%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),下同),Cd對閃鋅礦中Zn的替代范圍為0.133%~1.576%。閃鋅礦中Fe含量由低到高,導(dǎo)致顏色由淺變深直至呈黑色,半導(dǎo)體禁帶寬度由大變小,估算獲得天然閃鋅礦的禁帶寬度范圍為3.18~2.28 e V,明顯低于純Zn S禁帶寬度3.68 e V,光催化響應(yīng)均在可見光范圍。驗(yàn)證光催化實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明含F(xiàn)e較低、含Cd較高的天然閃鋅礦可見光催化還原降解甲基橙的效果較佳,如可見光下1 g/L閃鋅礦樣品(含鐵4.262%,含鎘1.576%)對30 mg/L甲基橙催化反應(yīng)4 h后的脫色降解率達(dá)到82.11%。天然閃鋅礦中Fe含量影響著禁帶寬度和光響應(yīng)范圍,Cd含量影響著光催化性能,為高附加值開發(fā)利用賤金屬資源天然閃鋅礦提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mineralogical and photocatalytic properties of 19 natural sphalerite from China were studied. The samples all have cubic ZnS structure, and the chemical composition changes greatly. The substitution range of Fe for Zn in sphalerite is 0.235 and 14.826 (mass fraction, the substitution range of CD for Zn in sphalerite is 0.133 and 1.576). The content of Fe in sphalerite is from low to high, which results in the color changing from light to deep to black, and the band gap of semiconductor decreases from large to small. The band gap of natural sphalerite is estimated to be 3.18 ~ 2.28 EV, which is obviously lower than that of pure Zn S (3.68 EV), and the photocatalytic response is in the visible range. The results of photocatalytic experiments showed that natural sphalerite with lower Fe content and higher CD content could be used to reduce methyl orange by visible light. For example, the decolorization and degradation rate of 1 g / L sphalerite (containing iron 4.262, cadmium 1.576) to 30 mg / L methyl orange for 4 h is 82.11. The content of Fe in natural sphalerite affects the width of band gap and the range of photoresponse, and the content of CD affects the photocatalytic performance, which provides a scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of natural sphalerite of base metal resources with high added value.
