花崗巖微觀力學(xué)性質(zhì)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為探討花崗巖的微觀力學(xué)特性,通過粉晶X射線衍射和光學(xué)顯微鏡的表面觀察,獲得花崗巖各礦物成分及比例和在顯微鏡下的表面形貌。然后通過納米壓痕試驗(yàn),得到荷載 位移曲線和殘余壓痕,定性分析花崗巖各成分的力學(xué)特征,對壓痕試驗(yàn)結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)分析獲得各成分的彈性模量和硬度。再通過二次均質(zhì)化方法得到花崗巖的等效彈性模量和泊松比,并與單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)測得的彈性模量及已有研究資料的泊松比進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果表明:花崗巖主要由石英、長石、云母等成分組成,并能通過顏色、形態(tài)特征識(shí)別;石英結(jié)構(gòu)致密,力學(xué)性質(zhì)良好,長石次之,云母質(zhì)地很軟,有明顯的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu);均質(zhì)化方法計(jì)算的彈性模量與單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)值相差較小,泊松比與已有研究資料基本吻合,其對于評價(jià)材料的力學(xué)性能有著重要的工程實(shí)踐意義。研究成果有助于更好地了解花崗巖的微觀力學(xué)特性,并為從微觀角度確定巖石宏觀力學(xué)性質(zhì)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the micromechanical properties of granite, the composition and proportion of minerals and surface morphology of granites were obtained by X-ray diffraction and optical microscope. Then the load-displacement curve and residual indentation were obtained by nano-indentation test. The mechanical characteristics of each component of granite were qualitatively analyzed. The elastic modulus and hardness of each component were obtained by statistical analysis of indentation test results. The equivalent elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of granite are obtained by the method of quadratic homogenization, and compared with the elastic modulus measured by uniaxial compression test and the Poisson's ratio which has been studied. The results show that the granite is mainly composed of quartz, feldspar and mica, and can be recognized by color and morphological characteristics, quartz has dense structure, good mechanical properties, feldspar is the second, mica is soft and has obvious pore structure. The difference between the elastic modulus calculated by homogenization method and uniaxial compression test is relatively small, and the Poisson's ratio is basically in agreement with the existing research data, which is of great engineering practical significance for evaluating the mechanical properties of materials. The results of the study are helpful to better understand the microscopic mechanical properties of granite and provide a reference for the determination of macroscopic mechanical properties of rocks from the microscopic point of view.
