爐霍縣俄日溝泥石流發(fā)育特征及防治措施研究

【摘要】:泥石流是一種主要發(fā)生在山區(qū)的地質現(xiàn)象,分布廣泛,數(shù)量眾多,發(fā)生率高,具有爆發(fā)突然、歷時短、致災能力強的特點。我國西南地區(qū)地形條件復雜,地表破碎,山地眾多,受印度洋季風影響,降雨集中,是我國泥石流的高發(fā)地區(qū)。應對泥石流造成的巨大損失,應在廣泛調查基礎上,加強對泥石流孕育條件和發(fā)育特征的研究,積極治理,重視多重防治措施的綜合應用,加強監(jiān)測,最終達到防災減災的目的。俄日溝為老泥石流溝,1984年發(fā)生初次泥石流,之后每年雨季都會發(fā)生不同規(guī)模的山洪或泥石流,嚴重威脅溝口居民生命財產(chǎn)安全。本文在詳盡的勘查資料基礎上,通過搜集、閱讀國內外泥石流資料和相關文獻,對俄日溝泥石流的形成條件、發(fā)育特征和發(fā)展趨勢進行分析,預測其沖出規(guī)模、發(fā)生頻率及危險范圍,提出了合理可行的工程治理方案。在分析俄日溝泥石流的運動特征及成災模式時,依據(jù)實地調查數(shù)據(jù),綜合考慮“5·12汶川地震”對于俄日溝物源條件、地形地貌的改變和影響,針對俄日溝具體地質環(huán)境和氣候現(xiàn)狀,得出更加吻合事實的結論,為之后的治理方案的提供了有力的理論支撐。針對保護對象全部集中在溝口,確定了“攔排為主、固源為輔”的治理思路。在物源區(qū)下游設置三座攔擋壩,起到穩(wěn)攔上流物源,削減泥石流峰值流量的目的;對于保護對象集中區(qū)域溝路寬窄不一,地形復雜,流路不穩(wěn)的情況,設置導流堤能有效將泥石流導入鮮水河,充分保護下游居民安置點。
[Abstract]:Debris flow is a kind of geological phenomenon mainly occurring in mountainous areas. It is widely distributed, has a large number and has a high incidence rate. It has the characteristics of sudden eruption, short duration and strong ability to cause disasters. The terrain condition of southwest China is complex, the surface is broken, there are many mountains, influenced by the Indian Ocean monsoon, and the rainfall is concentrated, so it is the high occurrence area of debris flow in China. To deal with the huge loss caused by debris flow, we should strengthen the study on the conditions and developmental characteristics of debris flow on the basis of extensive investigation, actively control it, attach importance to the comprehensive application of multiple prevention and control measures, and strengthen monitoring. Finally, the purpose of disaster prevention and mitigation is achieved. The Russian-Japanese gully is the old debris flow gully, the first debris flow occurred in 1984, after every rainy season, there will be different scale mountain torrents or debris flows, which seriously threaten the life and property safety of residents in the gully mouth. On the basis of detailed exploration data, through collecting and reading the data of debris flow at home and abroad and related documents, this paper analyzes the forming conditions, development characteristics and development trend of debris flow in the Russian Rigou, and forecasts its scale of rushing out. The frequency of occurrence and the range of danger are discussed, and a reasonable and feasible project control scheme is put forward. When analyzing the movement characteristics and disaster pattern of debris flow in Russian-Japanese gully, according to the field investigation data, considering the change and influence of "512 Wenchuan earthquake" on the material source condition, landform and geomorphology of Russian-Japanese gully, In view of the specific geological environment and climate present situation of the Russian-Jigou, the conclusion is more consistent with the facts, which provides a strong theoretical support for the future treatment scheme. In view of the protection object all concentrated in the gully mouth, has determined "the blocking and draining primarily, the solid source is auxiliary" the management thought. In the downstream of the source area, three blocking dams are set up to stabilize the upstream material source and reduce the peak flow of debris flow. For the situation of different width, complex topography and unstable flow path in the area of concentrated protection, the area of protection is different in width, complex in topography and unstable in flow path. Setting diversion embankment can effectively lead debris flow into Xianshui River and fully protect the settlement sites of downstream residents.
