基于節(jié)理巖體損傷本構(gòu)模型的FLAC3D二次開發(fā)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:自然界中的巖體不但含有節(jié)理、裂隙等宏觀缺陷,而且也含有微孔洞、微裂紋等細(xì)觀缺陷。在進(jìn)行巖體的損傷分析時(shí),目前的學(xué)者多是把兩種缺陷分割開來進(jìn)行考慮,顯然這與實(shí)際情況是不符的。節(jié)理、裂隙等宏觀缺陷是由微裂隙、微孔洞等細(xì)觀缺陷發(fā)展演化而來,宏觀缺陷的擴(kuò)展也會(huì)產(chǎn)生新的細(xì)觀缺陷,兩種缺陷存在著復(fù)雜的相互作用。這就要求我們提出一種能同時(shí)反映兩種不同尺度缺陷的本構(gòu)模型。本文以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn)開展了以下研究:(1)基于拉應(yīng)變準(zhǔn)則和Weibull分布建立了只考慮細(xì)觀損傷的巖體損傷本構(gòu)模型;綜合考慮巖體中節(jié)理的長(zhǎng)度、傾角、條數(shù)等物理參數(shù)及節(jié)理的內(nèi)摩擦角、節(jié)理粘聚力等力學(xué)參數(shù)建立了含節(jié)理等宏觀損傷的巖體本構(gòu)模型;根據(jù)Lemaitre應(yīng)變等效假設(shè),對(duì)兩種不同類型的損傷的損傷變量進(jìn)行耦合,得出綜合考慮宏細(xì)觀損傷的耦合損傷本構(gòu)模型。(2)以巖土模擬軟件FLAC3D為基礎(chǔ),用VC++語言對(duì)自定義本構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),生成可供FLAC3D調(diào)用的動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接庫(kù)文件。自定義本構(gòu)模型開發(fā)過程主要包括基類成員函數(shù)的定義、模型的注冊(cè)、模型與FLAC3D之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞以及模型狀態(tài)指示器,最后對(duì)自定義本構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行加載和運(yùn)行。(3)在FLAC3D中進(jìn)行了一個(gè)巖石試件的單軸壓縮數(shù)值試驗(yàn)。當(dāng)模擬試件中含單條節(jié)理時(shí),得出試件的自定義本構(gòu)模型的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線并與理論曲線和摩爾-庫(kù)倫本構(gòu)模型的模擬曲線進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了自定義本構(gòu)模型的合理性;當(dāng)模擬試件含單組節(jié)理時(shí),分別改變節(jié)理的長(zhǎng)度、傾角、條數(shù)、內(nèi)摩擦角,驗(yàn)證這些參數(shù)的改變對(duì)巖體試件的強(qiáng)度的影響。(4)最后結(jié)合一個(gè)隧道開挖的工程實(shí)例,介紹了隧道的基本情況,建立隧道開挖模型,對(duì)隧道開挖過程中的沉降變形進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)并與實(shí)際的監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證自定義本構(gòu)模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:Rock mass in nature contains not only macroscopic defects such as joints and fissures, but also micropores and microcracks. In the damage analysis of rock mass, most of the present scholars consider the two kinds of defects, which is obviously not in accordance with the actual situation. The macroscopical defects such as joints and fissures evolved from the development of microcracks, microvoids and so on. The expansion of macroscopic defects will also produce new meso-defects, and the two kinds of defects have complex interaction. This requires us to propose a constitutive model that can simultaneously reflect two different scales of defects. Based on the tensile strain criterion and Weibull distribution, the constitutive model of rock mass damage with only mesoscopic damage is established, and the length and inclination of joints in rock mass are considered synthetically. The constitutive model of rock mass with macroscopic damage such as joints, such as physical parameters such as strip number, internal friction angle of joints, cohesion of joints and other mechanical parameters, is established, and two kinds of damage variables are coupled according to the Lemaitre strain equivalence hypothesis. It is concluded that the coupling damage constitutive model. (2) based on the geotechnical simulation software FLAC3D, the self-defined constitutive model is redeveloped with VC language to generate the dynamic link library file which can be called by FLAC3D. The development process of custom constitutive model mainly includes the definition of base class member function, the registration of model, the data transfer between model and FLAC3D, and the indicator of model state. Finally, a uniaxial compression numerical test of a rock specimen was carried out in FLAC3D by loading and running a self-defined constitutive model. When a single joint is included in the simulated specimen, the stress-strain curve of the self-defined constitutive model of the specimen is obtained and compared with the theoretical curve and the simulation curve of the Mole-Coulomb constitutive model, which verifies the rationality of the self-defined constitutive model. When the simulated specimen contains a single set of joints, the length, inclination, number and angle of internal friction of the joints are changed, respectively, to verify the influence of the change of these parameters on the strength of the rock mass specimen. This paper introduces the basic situation of the tunnel, establishes the tunnel excavation model, monitors the settlement and deformation during the tunnel excavation and compares with the actual monitoring data, further validates the correctness of the self-defined constitutive model.
