基于GIS的都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性區(qū)劃及信息管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:都勻市位于貴州省中南部,地質(zhì)構(gòu)造發(fā)育,地質(zhì)環(huán)境條件復(fù)雜,地質(zhì)災(zāi)害頻發(fā),造成了巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,嚴(yán)重威脅著都勻市人民群眾的生命財產(chǎn)安全。因此,建立一個高效的、科學(xué)的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害信息管理系統(tǒng)對都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害防治工作具有重要的意義。本文是在全面掌握都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查情況的基礎(chǔ)上,建立地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)程度分區(qū)評價的指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用Logistic模型進(jìn)行地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)程度分區(qū)。在都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性分區(qū)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上采用ArcGIS平臺建立了都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害信息管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對地質(zhì)災(zāi)害空間數(shù)據(jù)與屬性數(shù)據(jù)的一體化管理、快速查詢、信息共享。研究的主要工作和成果如下:(1)根據(jù)都勻市的自然地理與地質(zhì)環(huán)境,初步形成了一套基于數(shù)據(jù)采集與分析、評價指標(biāo)選取與量化、評價模型建立與分析、危險性區(qū)劃結(jié)果的確定,較為完整的區(qū)域地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性評價的技術(shù)路線和工作流程。該研究對區(qū)域地質(zhì)災(zāi)害災(zāi)情評估和防治工作有著指導(dǎo)性作用,為區(qū)域地質(zhì)災(zāi)害防治與治理提供可靠度較高的定量依據(jù)。(2)通過概念模型、邏輯模型、物理模型對都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計,減少了數(shù)據(jù)冗余,優(yōu)化了數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu);同時基于Oracle創(chuàng)建了都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害數(shù)據(jù)庫,利用ArcSDE搭建數(shù)據(jù)通路,使得空間數(shù)據(jù)與業(yè)務(wù)屬性數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一入庫,提高了數(shù)據(jù)管理的效率。(3)采用Ajax、ArcGIS Server ADF CallBack、iBATIS和.Net反射技術(shù)建立了都勻市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害信息管理系統(tǒng),使以前零亂的、分散的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害相關(guān)資料變成了全面的、系統(tǒng)的、動態(tài)的信息,有利于信息在各個部門之間的交流與共享。系統(tǒng)的建立為地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的防治與治理提供了完整的數(shù)據(jù)資料,為突發(fā)的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害事故的方案制定提供了及時的信息。
[Abstract]:Duyun City is located in the central and southern part of Guizhou Province. The geological structure is developed, the geological environment conditions are complex and geological disasters occur frequently, which has caused huge economic losses and seriously threatened the lives and property safety of the people in Duyun City. Therefore, the establishment of an efficient and scientific geological hazard information management system is of great significance to the prevention and control of geological hazards in Duyun City. Based on the comprehensive understanding of geological hazard data investigation in Duyun City, this paper establishes an index system for the zoning evaluation of geological hazard vulnerability, and uses Logistic model to partition the geological hazard vulnerability degree. Based on the results of geological hazard zoning in Duyun City, the information management system of geological hazard in Duyun city is established by using ArcGIS platform. The integrated management of spatial data and attribute data of geological hazards is realized, and the information is shared quickly. The main work and results of the study are as follows: (1) according to the natural geography and geological environment of Duyun City, a set of data collection and analysis, evaluation index selection and quantification, evaluation model establishment and analysis, and the determination of dangerous regionalization results have been preliminarily formed. The technical route and work flow of regional geological hazard risk assessment are relatively complete. The study has a guiding effect on the assessment and prevention of regional geological hazards, and provides a high reliability quantitative basis for the prevention and management of regional geological hazards through conceptual model and logical model. The physical model designs the geological hazard database of Duyun city, reduces the data redundancy and optimizes the data structure. At the same time, based on Oracle, the geological hazard database of Duyun city is created, and the data path is built by using ArcSDE. The spatial data and business attribute data are unified into the database, and the efficiency of data management is improved.) the geological hazard information management system of Duyun city is established by using Ajax-ArcGIS Server ADF CallBackiBATIS and .Net reflection technology, which makes the geological hazard information management system in Duyun city chaotic. The scattered geological hazard information becomes comprehensive, systematic and dynamic information, which is beneficial to the exchange and sharing of information among different departments. The establishment of the system provides complete data for the prevention and control of geological hazards, and provides timely information for the formulation of sudden geological disasters and accidents.
