基于Hapke模型的巖礦反射率光譜模擬研究

【摘要】:高光譜遙感技術(shù)日趨成熟使定量化分析地物波譜成為可能,遙感地物光譜模型是定量分析手段之一。本文使用IDL編程語言,開發(fā)了基于Hapke巖礦光譜模型的“非線性最小二乘法”反射率光譜反演模擬程序,通過各種實測巖礦粉末光譜與模擬光譜對比,采用相關(guān)系數(shù)R和均方根誤差RMSE進行評價,得到該模型在模擬礦物及混合礦物反射率光譜方面具有很高的準確性和可行性;同時利用該模型嘗試性地模擬了甘肅柳園地區(qū)花崗巖反射率光譜,依據(jù)模擬光譜特征對CASI/SASI高光譜數(shù)據(jù)開展巖性提取工作,經(jīng)野外驗證提取結(jié)果準確度較高。論文研究取得如下成果:1.依據(jù)Relab光譜庫數(shù)據(jù)和實驗室實測多礦物、多角度、多粒徑混合反射率光譜,對Hapke各向異性模型(AMSA)和各向同性模型(IMSA)反演模擬巖礦粉末樣品反射率光譜的準確性進行了嚴謹細致的研究評價,綜合結(jié)果表明AMSA模型準確性更高且可調(diào)試能力更好;且AMSA模型各參數(shù)間具有高度耦合性,參數(shù)設置越準確則模擬精度越高。2.針對巖礦混合反射率光譜,本文對實驗室中多組不同礦物、不同混合比例的混合礦物進行光譜實測,并采用AMSA模型反演模擬其反射率光譜,研究結(jié)果表明該模型在反演顆粒狀混合礦物光譜方面準確性很高,對片狀礦物適用性較差,但可通過調(diào)整模型相關(guān)參數(shù)提高反演精度;同時該模型在巖礦混合光譜研究方面具有很高的實用價值,對于混合礦物光譜“非線性”的特性,其可定量分析其礦物組成與礦物豐度,提升遙感人員對巖礦混合光譜的研究認識。3.以花崗巖為例,依據(jù)已有工作區(qū)花崗巖礦物組成綜合分析結(jié)果,使用AMSA模型近似模擬花崗巖反射率“純光譜”,以模擬波譜結(jié)合實驗室多種花崗巖類巖石實測波譜,總結(jié)花崗巖反射率波譜特征規(guī)律。并利用此規(guī)律采用matched-filtering高光譜波譜識別技術(shù)開展巖性提取工作,經(jīng)野外資料驗證花崗巖提取結(jié)果準確度較高,表明本文所用提取流程具有實際可操作性。綜上所述,本文所取得的研究成果可提升遙感人員對Hapke巖礦光譜模型的認知程度,并幫助其它地區(qū)開展類似高光譜巖性填圖工作,具有一定指導意義。
[Abstract]:Hyperspectral remote sensing technology is becoming more and more mature, which makes it possible to quantitatively analyze the spectral spectrum of objects, and the spectral model of remote sensing objects is one of the quantitative analysis methods. In this paper, using IDL programming language, a "nonlinear least square" reflectance spectral inversion simulation program based on Hapke rock and ore spectral model is developed. The correlation coefficient R and root mean square error (RMSE) are used to evaluate the model. The model is accurate and feasible in simulating the reflectance spectrum of minerals and mixed minerals. At the same time, the model was used to simulate the reflectance spectrum of granite in Liuyuan area, Gansu Province. According to the simulated spectral characteristics, lithologic extraction of CASI/SASI hyperspectral data was carried out. The research results are as follows: 1: 1. Based on the Relab spectral database data and laboratory measurements, the mixed reflectance spectra of multi-mineral, multi-angle and multi-particle size were obtained. The accuracy of Hapke anisotropic model and isotropic model for inversion of reflectance spectrum of simulated rock and ore powder samples are studied and evaluated in detail. The comprehensive results show that the accuracy of AMSA model is higher and its debugging ability is better. The parameters of AMSA model are highly coupled, and the more accurate the parameters are, the higher the simulation accuracy is. Aiming at the mixed reflectance spectrum of rock and ore, the spectral measurements of mixed minerals with different minerals and different mixing ratios were carried out in the laboratory, and the reflectivity spectra of the mixed minerals were simulated by AMSA model. The results show that the model has a high accuracy in retrieving the spectra of granular mixed minerals, and is less suitable for flake minerals, but the inversion accuracy can be improved by adjusting the relevant parameters of the model. At the same time, the model has a high practical value in the study of mixed spectrum of rock and ore. For the "nonlinear" characteristics of the spectrum of mixed minerals, it can be used to quantitatively analyze the mineral composition and mineral abundance. Improve remote sensing personnel's understanding of rock and ore mixed spectrum. 3. Taking granite as an example, according to the results of comprehensive analysis of the mineral composition of granites in existing workspaces, the AMSA model is used to approximate simulate the "pure spectrum" of granite reflectance, and the simulated spectrum is combined with the measured spectra of various granitic rocks in laboratory. The characteristics of reflectance spectrum of granite are summarized. The extraction of lithology was carried out by using the matched-filtering hyperspectral spectrum recognition technique. The accuracy of the extraction results of granite was verified by field data, which shows that the extraction process used in this paper is practical and operable. To sum up, the research results obtained in this paper can enhance the cognition of Hapke rock and ore spectral model, and help other regions to carry out similar hyperspectral lithologic mapping, which has certain guiding significance.
