【摘要】：鱗木類植物是一類喬木狀的石松植物,最早可追溯到中泥盆世末,石炭紀(jì)時達(dá)極盛,二疊紀(jì)末絕滅。鱗木類是石炭二疊紀(jì)沼澤森林中的主要成員和主要成煤植物之一。本文利用醋酸纖維膜揭膜技術(shù),詳細(xì)研究了產(chǎn)自貴州盤縣火鋪煤礦晚二疊世宣威組的一種具有解剖構(gòu)造的鱗木類植物莖干化石,建立了一個新屬：兩瓣木屬Lobatodendron gen. nov.和一個新種：貴州兩瓣木Lobatodendron guizhouense gen. et sp. nov.,同時,對其一些重要特征的分類和系統(tǒng)演化意義進(jìn)行了探討。 貴州兩瓣木是一種高大的喬木狀植物,最重要的特征是其初生木質(zhì)部分裂為相等的兩瓣。此外,還具有封印木類和奇木類植物的混合特征：初生木質(zhì)部外緣形成明顯的波谷和脊?fàn)钔黄�、葉跡由波谷中伸出、周皮中有分泌細(xì)胞與其他細(xì)胞交替形成的條帶,這些都與封印木類植物特征相符；而髓為混合髓則是奇木類植物獨有的特征。貴州兩瓣木所具有的這些混合特征可能自時代較早的奇木類或封印木類長期演化而形成。本論文是首次對我國西南地區(qū)晚二疊世保存完整的鱗木類植物莖干進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究,使我們對晚二疊世鱗木類植物的解剖構(gòu)造和分類多樣性有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識,對揭示鱗木類植物的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育和晚期演化具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Scaly wood is a kind of Arbor pine, which dates back to the end of the Middle Devonian. It was very abundant in the Carboniferous and extinct at the end of Permian. Carboniferous is a major member of the Permian marsh forest and one of the main coal-forming plants. In this paper, by using cellulose acetate membrane uncovering technique, a new genus, Lobatodendron gen. nov., has been established by studying the stem fossils of scaly wood plants produced in the late Permian Xuanwei formation of Huopu Coal Mine, Panxian, Guizhou Province. And a new species, Lobatodendron guizhouense gen. et sp. nov., from Guizhou Province. At the same time, the taxonomy and phylogenetic significance of some important characteristics of Lobatodendron guizhouense gen. et sp. Nov. The most important feature of two trees in Guizhou is that their primary xylem splits into two equal ones. In addition, it has the mixed characteristics of herbivore and oddwood: the outer edge of primary xylem forms obvious troughs and ridges, leaf traces protrude from the troughs, and bands of secretory cells and other cells are formed alternately in the pericarp. These are consistent with the characteristics of herbaceous wood plants, while the mixed pulp is unique to oddwood plants. The mixed characteristics of the two trees in Guizhou may be formed from the long-term evolution of the oddwood or seal wood in earlier times. This paper is the first time to study in detail the stem of the scales of the late Permian in Southwest China, which makes us have a further understanding of the anatomical structure and taxonomic diversity of the late Permian. It is of great significance to reveal the phylogeny and late evolution of squamous wood plants.
