多直徑巖芯液壓致裂巖石抗拉強(qiáng)度快速試驗(yàn)機(jī)研發(fā)

【摘要】:為了更為準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)定巖石的抗拉強(qiáng)度以降低鉆桿式水壓致裂原地應(yīng)力系統(tǒng)柔性對(duì)最大水平主應(yīng)力計(jì)算的影響,研發(fā)了多直徑巖芯液壓致裂巖石抗拉強(qiáng)度快速試驗(yàn)機(jī)。試驗(yàn)機(jī)參照水壓致裂測(cè)試力學(xué)過程,基于巖石厚壁筒原理研發(fā),主要核心部件包括加載系統(tǒng)、壓力監(jiān)測(cè)和數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)、樣品夾持系統(tǒng)3個(gè)部分。為了方便推廣該套試驗(yàn)設(shè)備和此類試驗(yàn)方法,針對(duì)試驗(yàn)影響因素加壓速率、中心盲孔深度和直徑、空心巖柱內(nèi)外徑之比等因素開展了57個(gè)巖石樣品的試驗(yàn)工作。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,空心巖柱盲孔深度對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果影響不明顯,但是會(huì)影響測(cè)試成功率,巖樣盲孔深度可為巖柱高度的0.7~0.8倍。空心巖柱中心孔直徑會(huì)顯著影響測(cè)試結(jié)果,當(dāng)中心孔直徑大于20 mm時(shí),中心孔的尺寸效應(yīng)不再顯著。如果考慮空心巖柱內(nèi)外徑之比,根據(jù)理論分析和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可知,取0.3~0.5可獲得更為穩(wěn)定的測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)。試驗(yàn)采用的加壓速率為0.02 MPa/s,獲得試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定可靠。此次測(cè)試樣品福建長(zhǎng)汀下古生界奧陶~志留系板巖的巖石抗拉強(qiáng)度平均值為8.4 MPa。這些認(rèn)識(shí)為后續(xù)規(guī)范地開展此類測(cè)試奠定了初步基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the tensile strength of rock more accurately and reduce the effect of the flexibility of in-situ stress system of hydraulic fracturing on the calculation of maximum horizontal principal stress, a rapid testing machine for the tensile strength of hydraulic fracturing rock with multi-diameter core was developed. Based on the principle of rock thick wall tube, the main components of the testing machine include three parts: loading system, pressure monitoring and data acquisition system, sample clamping system. In order to popularize the test equipment and this kind of test method, 57 rock samples were tested according to the factors such as the pressure rate of the test factors, the depth and diameter of the center blind hole, the ratio of the inner and outer diameter of the hollow rock column, etc. The test results show that the blind hole depth of the hollow rock column has no obvious effect on the test results, but it will affect the success rate of the test, and the blind hole depth of the rock sample can be 0.7 to 0.8 times the height of the rock column. The diameter of the central hole of the hollow rock column will significantly affect the test results. When the diameter of the central hole is larger than 20 mm, the size effect of the central hole is no longer significant. If the ratio of inner and outer diameter of hollow rock column is considered, according to theoretical analysis and experimental data, a more stable test data can be obtained by taking 0.3% 0.5. The compression rate of the test is 0.02 MPA / s, and the experimental data are stable and reliable. The average tensile strength of the lower Paleozoic Ordovician ~ Silurian slate in Changting Fujian Province is 8.4 MPA. These understandings lay a foundation for the following standardized testing.
