砂礫巖儲(chǔ)層水力裂縫擴(kuò)展規(guī)律試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:由于砂礫巖儲(chǔ)層中礫石的存在,導(dǎo)致壓裂工程中水力裂縫擴(kuò)展形態(tài)復(fù)雜,施工難度大。為了研究砂礫巖儲(chǔ)層水力裂縫擴(kuò)展規(guī)律,采用真三軸壓裂模擬試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)天然砂礫巖露頭巖樣開展試驗(yàn)研究,分析水平應(yīng)力差、礫石粒徑和分布規(guī)律以及壓裂液黏度和排量對(duì)水力裂縫擴(kuò)展形態(tài)的影響。研究表明:砂礫巖儲(chǔ)層的壓裂裂縫形態(tài)由應(yīng)力狀態(tài)和礫石特征共同決定。以小粒徑礫石為主的巖樣中,礫石對(duì)裂縫擴(kuò)展形態(tài)的影響較小,形成單一主裂縫,裂縫面平直;大粒徑礫石為主的巖樣中,水力裂縫沿著礫石界面偏轉(zhuǎn)并形成分支裂縫,裂縫面扭曲。水平應(yīng)力差較低、礫石無規(guī)則雜亂排布的情況下,分支裂縫的偏轉(zhuǎn)更加明顯,裂縫形態(tài)更加復(fù)雜。同時(shí),水力裂縫由礫石內(nèi)部起裂時(shí)的破裂壓力更高。分支裂縫的產(chǎn)生以及裂縫的轉(zhuǎn)向擴(kuò)展導(dǎo)致裂縫寬度變窄;采用高黏度的胍膠壓裂液能夠有效增加裂縫寬度,有助于加砂和避免砂堵。
[Abstract]:Because of the existence of gravel in sand and gravel reservoir, the hydraulic fracture extension form is complicated and the construction is difficult in fracturing engineering. In order to study the rule of hydraulic fracture propagation in sandy gravel reservoir, the true triaxial fracturing simulation test system is used to study the outcrop rock samples of natural sand and gravel rock, and the horizontal stress difference is analyzed. The influence of gravel particle size and distribution law and fracturing fluid viscosity and displacement on hydraulic fracture propagation morphology. The results show that the fracturing fracture morphology of sand and gravel reservoir is determined by the stress state and gravel characteristics. In rock samples with small gravels, the influence of gravel on fracture propagation morphology is small, and the single main fracture is formed, the fracture surface is straight, and the hydraulic fracture deflects along the gravel interface and forms a branch fracture in the large gravel-dominated rock sample. The crack face is twisted. Under the condition of low horizontal stress difference and irregular arrangement of gravel, the deflection of branch cracks is more obvious and the fracture morphology is more complex. At the same time, the fracture pressure is higher when the hydraulic fracture starts from the gravel. The formation of branching fractures and the expansion of fractures make the width of fractures narrow, and the use of guanidine gel fracturing fluid with high viscosity can effectively increase the width of fractures and help to add sand and avoid sand plugging.
