【摘要】:為研究縫合線分形特征及其對(duì)石灰?guī)r強(qiáng)度的影響,基于數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù),采用功率譜密度方法和數(shù)字圖像盒維數(shù)方法分析水平縫合線和垂直縫合線的分形維數(shù),通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬研究縫合線對(duì)石灰?guī)r強(qiáng)度的影響和石灰?guī)r內(nèi)部裂紋演化過(guò)程.研究結(jié)果表明:采用兩種分形分析方法得出縫合線分形維數(shù)介于1和2之間,表明縫合線是自然界一種自仿射分形構(gòu)造,且垂直縫合線的粗糙度較大.縫合線平均弱化石灰?guī)r強(qiáng)度約20%,不同傾角縫合線石灰?guī)r強(qiáng)度沒(méi)有明顯的各向異性現(xiàn)象,縫合線對(duì)石灰?guī)r彈性模量影響很小.石灰?guī)r失穩(wěn)破壞過(guò)程中,裂紋的萌生發(fā)展與縫合線息息相關(guān),縫合線加快了石灰?guī)r的損傷破壞.數(shù)值模擬表明縫合線厚度、位置、數(shù)量、分形維數(shù)等發(fā)育因素對(duì)石灰?guī)r的強(qiáng)度有著顯著的影響.
[Abstract]:In order to study the fractal characteristics of suture lines and their influence on limestone strength, the fractal dimensions of horizontal and vertical sutures are analyzed by power spectrum density method and digital image box dimension method based on digital image processing technology. The influence of suture on the strength of limestone and the process of internal crack evolution of limestone were studied by experiment and numerical simulation. The results show that the fractal dimension of suture line is between 1 and 2 by using two kinds of fractal analysis methods, which indicates that suture line is a kind of self-affine fractal structure in nature, and the roughness of vertical suture line is great. The average weakening of limestone strength by suture line is about 20 and there is no obvious anisotropy of limestone strength in different inclination suture lines. The suture line has little effect on the elastic modulus of limestone. The crack initiation and development are closely related to the suture line during the failure of limestone instability. The suture line accelerates the damage and damage of limestone. The numerical simulation shows that the thickness, location, quantity and fractal dimension of suture have a significant influence on the strength of limestone.
