納米材料改善孕鑲金剛石鉆頭胎體性能研究

【摘要】:為提高孕鑲金剛石鉆頭胎體的綜合性能,,優(yōu)選胎體配方材料是很好的解決方法。本研究在鉆頭胎體中加入適量納米材料,通過對制備試樣的硬度、抗彎強(qiáng)度和耐磨性測試及斷口微觀特征分析,綜合評價(jià)該方法的可行性。結(jié)果表明:納米鎳粉的加入均可降低WC基和Fe基鉆頭胎體的燒結(jié)溫度,硬度、強(qiáng)度和耐磨性均有不同程度的提高。同時(shí),以降低胎體燒結(jié)溫度為出發(fā)點(diǎn),優(yōu)化出其最佳的燒結(jié)溫度和納米鎳粉的最佳含量:對于WC基胎體,納米鎳的含量為2.5%,燒結(jié)溫度為880℃時(shí),胎體與金剛石的接觸界面最緊密;對于Fe基胎體,納米鎳的含量為1%,燒結(jié)溫度為870℃時(shí),胎體與金剛石的接觸界面最緊密;對于WC基胎體,碳納米管的加入量為0.075%時(shí),WC基胎體材料的抗彎強(qiáng)度和耐磨性綜合性能最佳,粘結(jié)劑對骨架材料的包鑲能力最好。 通過室內(nèi)微鉆試驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步得出了納米材料鉆頭的機(jī)械鉆速和耐磨性均得到了一定的提高。含有納米鎳的WC基胎體鉆頭的機(jī)械鉆速較無納米鎳的提高5.8%,鉆頭耐磨性提高1.4%。含有納米鎳的Fe基胎體鉆頭的機(jī)械鉆速較無納米鎳的提高12.3%,鉆頭耐磨性提高14.5%。含有碳納米管的WC基胎體鉆頭的機(jī)械鉆速較無納米鎳的提高16.3%,鉆頭耐磨性提高26.4%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the comprehensive performance of impregnated diamond bit matrix, the optimum selection of matrix material is a good solution. In this study, the feasibility of the method was comprehensively evaluated by adding proper amount of nano-materials to the matrix of the bit. The hardness, bending strength and wear resistance of the prepared samples were tested, and the microcosmic characteristics of the fracture surface were analyzed. The results show that the sintering temperature, hardness, strength and wear resistance of the matrix of WC and Fe based bit can be decreased by the addition of nano nickel powder. At the same time, in order to reduce the sintering temperature of the matrix, the optimum sintering temperature and the best content of nano-nickel powder are optimized. For WC matrix matrix, the content of nano-nickel is 2.5 and the sintering temperature is 880 鈩
