【摘要】：第16屆世界地震工程大會(huì)于2017年1月9—13日在智利圣地亞哥市召開。大會(huì)主題為:"快速恢復(fù)—地震工程新挑戰(zhàn)"。經(jīng)中國地震局批準(zhǔn),在國際合作司的大力支持和指導(dǎo)下,自己有幸赴智利圣地亞哥市參加了第16屆世界地震工程大會(huì)。本論文對(duì)會(huì)議概況做了簡介,對(duì)其中3個(gè)大會(huì)特邀報(bào)告、2場(chǎng)辯論會(huì)和12個(gè)專題分會(huì)報(bào)告內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了綜述,并與讀者分享了我個(gè)人的體會(huì)和思考。論文綜述涉及的3個(gè)大會(huì)特邀報(bào)告題目分別為"快速恢復(fù):地震工程的下一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)"、"鋼筋混凝土建筑物抗震設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)快速恢復(fù)的探索——智利的實(shí)踐"和"長持時(shí)地震動(dòng)對(duì)土液化災(zāi)害的作用";2場(chǎng)辯論會(huì)主題分別為"性態(tài)設(shè)計(jì):是承諾還是陷阱?"和"抗震設(shè)防要求規(guī)定:概率性與確定性";12個(gè)專題分會(huì)主題包括:結(jié)構(gòu)倒塌概率的評(píng)估,改善發(fā)展中國家住房地震安全的非技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略,近期破壞性地震(包括2015年尼泊爾地震)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查與分析,深基礎(chǔ)的土-結(jié)構(gòu)相互作用,地面破壞與液化,地震引起的天然斜坡滑坡,巖土室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),城市層面的地震危害性、危險(xiǎn)性與地震風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,快速恢復(fù),地震風(fēng)險(xiǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與保險(xiǎn),城市的未來:今天規(guī)劃明天的地震風(fēng)險(xiǎn),管理政策等。
[Abstract]:The 16 th World Conference on Seismic Engineering was held in Santiago, Chile, from 9 to 13 January 2017. The theme of the conference is "Rapid recovery-New challenges in Seismic Engineering". With the approval of the China Seismological Bureau and the strong support and guidance of the International Cooperation Department, I was privileged to attend the 16th World Seismic Engineering Conference in Santiago, Chile. In this paper, the general situation of the conference is briefly introduced, and the contents of 2 debates and 12 special chapters are summarized, and my personal experience and thoughts are shared with the readers. "Rapid recovery: the next Challenge of Seismic Engineering", "the Exploration of Rapid Restoration in Seismic Design of reinforced concrete buildings" and "the practice of Chile" The effect of time motion on soil liquefaction disaster "the theme of the two debates was" sexual design: commitment or trap? " And "requirements for earthquake resistance: probabilistic and deterministic"; 12 thematic themes include: assessment of the probability of structural collapse, non-technical strategies to improve housing seismic security in developing countries, Field investigation and analysis of recent destructive earthquakes (including the 2015 Nepal earthquake), deep foundation soil-structure interaction, ground damage and liquefaction, natural slope landslides caused by earthquakes, geotechnical laboratory tests and field tests, Earthquake hazard, risk and risk management at the city level, rapid recovery, earthquake risk economy and insurance, future of the city: planning for tomorrow's earthquake risk today, management policy, etc.
