振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)對(duì)廠房的影響

【摘要】:地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn)是工程抗震的方法之一,它能較好地模擬結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)反應(yīng)過(guò)程和不同類型的人工地震波,以達(dá)到研究結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力特點(diǎn)、地震反應(yīng)、破壞機(jī)理和檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備抗震性能的目的。地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)在工作時(shí)其基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)會(huì)對(duì)周圍土體、廠房結(jié)構(gòu)和工作人員的工作條件等造成影響,因此有必要對(duì)振動(dòng)臺(tái)工作時(shí)由于基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)對(duì)周圍環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行研究。本文以蘇州科技學(xué)院在建6×8m地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象,研究該地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)對(duì)周圍環(huán)境的影響,主要工作內(nèi)容如下: 1、詳細(xì)介紹了地震模擬振動(dòng)臺(tái)設(shè)備的構(gòu)造、原理以及振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要考慮的因素。 2、根據(jù)振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和地質(zhì)勘察報(bào)告中的土質(zhì)參數(shù),按照《動(dòng)力機(jī)器基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》中的方法計(jì)算了基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)力響應(yīng),采用Abaqus軟件建立了地基-振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)的三維模型,對(duì)振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了有限元模擬,并對(duì)這兩種計(jì)算結(jié)果做了對(duì)比,得出:利用《動(dòng)力機(jī)器基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》方法得到的振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)加速度反應(yīng)大于有限元法計(jì)算的結(jié)果。 3、建立了地基-振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)-廠房結(jié)構(gòu)三維有限元實(shí)體模型,進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)對(duì)廠房影響的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)有限元模擬,并參照《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》中關(guān)于“人體舒適度與建筑物加速度之間的關(guān)系”,得出:振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)的振動(dòng)對(duì)廠房結(jié)構(gòu)的影響符合要求,在某些頻段內(nèi),工作人員有振動(dòng)感覺(jué),但影響不大。 4、考慮土質(zhì)參數(shù)不確定性因素,比較了不同土層參數(shù)下振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)對(duì)廠房的影響,對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn):廠房的加速度響應(yīng)會(huì)隨著土層參數(shù)的改變?cè)诘皖l區(qū)和高頻區(qū)發(fā)生不同的變化,,最大加速度反應(yīng)對(duì)應(yīng)的頻率會(huì)隨著土質(zhì)的變硬而增大。
[Abstract]:Seismic simulation shaking table test is one of the methods of engineering earthquake resistance. It can simulate the structural vibration response process and different types of artificial seismic waves, so as to study the dynamic characteristics of the structure and the seismic response. The failure mechanism and the purpose of testing the seismic performance of the equipment. The vibration produced by the foundation of the shaking table in earthquake simulation will have an impact on the surrounding soil, the structure of the factory building and the working conditions of the workers, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the vibration caused by the foundation on the surrounding environment. In this paper, the 6 脳 8m earthquake simulation shaking table under construction in Suzhou Institute of Science and Technology is taken as the research object, and the influence of the foundation vibration of the earthquake simulation shaking table on the surrounding environment is studied. The main work is as follows: 1. The structure and principle of the shaking table equipment for earthquake simulation and the factors to be considered in the design of the shaking table foundation are introduced in detail. 2. According to the soil parameters in the foundation design drawing and geological survey report, the dynamic response of the foundation is calculated according to the method in the Code for Design of dynamic Machine Foundation, and the three-dimensional model of the foundation of the shaking table is established by using Abaqus software. The dynamic response of shaking table foundation is simulated by finite element method, and the results are compared with each other. It is concluded that the acceleration response of vibration table foundation obtained by the method of "Design Code for Power Machine Foundation" is greater than that calculated by finite element method. 3. The three-dimensional finite element model of the foundation, vibration table foundation and factory building structure is established, and the dynamic response of the vibration table foundation to the powerhouse is simulated by finite element method. Referring to the relation between the comfort of human body and the acceleration of the building in the Technical Specification for concrete structures of High-rise buildings, it is concluded that the vibration of the foundation of the shaking table meets the requirements for the structure of the powerhouse, and in some frequency bands, Staff members have a sense of vibration, but the impact is small. 4. Considering the uncertainty of soil parameters, the effects of shaking table foundation vibration on the powerhouse under different soil parameters are compared. The results show that the acceleration response of the building varies with the change of soil parameters in the low frequency region and the high frequency region. The frequency corresponding to the maximum acceleration response increases with the hardening of the soil.
