摘要 安徽省屬于亞熱帶與暖溫帶的過度地帶，過渡性氣候特征明顯。地形處于中國東部第三梯級(jí)內(nèi)，區(qū)內(nèi)地形復(fù)雜，地貌類型多樣化�；鶐r山區(qū)山丘破碎，地形切割強(qiáng)烈，溝谷密集，形成深谷陡崖地貌景觀；平原區(qū)崗坡、洼地地形突出；淮河、長江兩岸支流發(fā)育，湖泊星羅棋布。多元化的自然、地貌和地質(zhì)條件，加上人們不規(guī)范的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)而引發(fā)各種外生地質(zhì)災(zāi)害和環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題，如巖溶、土洞塌陷，崩塌，滑坡，地面沉降，地下水位持續(xù)下降，水資源污染，水土流失，土地沙化，地方病，河、湖岸沖刷、塌岸等。其發(fā)育和分布受區(qū)域環(huán)境地質(zhì)條件的制約，同時(shí)也受水文、人類工程、經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)等因素的影響。這些地質(zhì)災(zāi)害是以巖土、水為載體，破壞和惡化人類賴以生存的地質(zhì)生態(tài)環(huán)境，嚴(yán)重制約了經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。以安徽省區(qū)域環(huán)境地質(zhì)特征、巖土體組成及其工程性質(zhì)研究為基礎(chǔ)，從人類經(jīng)濟(jì)、工程活動(dòng)與地質(zhì)環(huán)境的互饋?zhàn)饔梅治鋈胧�，探討區(qū)域環(huán)境地質(zhì)作用規(guī)律，對(duì)地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的發(fā)生、發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行預(yù)測，對(duì)進(jìn)行地質(zhì)生態(tài)環(huán)境防護(hù)和塑造人地和諧的人類生存環(huán)境，對(duì)保證區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略具有重要意義。 關(guān)鍵詞 環(huán)境地質(zhì)，地質(zhì)災(zāi)害，互饋?zhàn)饔�，預(yù)測，安徽省

GEOLOGICAL DISASTERS OF ANHUI PROVINCE

Abstract Anhui province is the transitional zone from subtropical region to temperate zone，where the transitional climate characteristics are pronounced. Anhui province is situated on the third step of east China，where the terrain is complex and the geomorphic type is parti-colored. In mountainous area，the bedrock is broken，and the cutting of terrain is intense，the trenches and vales are serried，which forms the geomorphic landscape of ravines and klints. In plain，the buttes，slopes and depressions terrain are salient. The Huaihe River and Changjiang River have many branches and lakes on their water-fronts. The pluralistic natural，geomorphic and geological conditions result in all kinds of exogenic geological disasters，as karst cave and karstic earth cave collapse，toppling，landslide，land subsidence，continual descent of groundwater level，water resources pollution，soil erosion，endemic diseases，washoutting of banks of rivers and lakes，and toppling of banks，etc. The development and distribution of disaster are conditioned by the regional environmental geological conditions，and effected by hydrology，human being’s engineering activities and economic activities. The carriers of disaster are rock，soil and water. These disasters damage the geological ecological environment which human being lies on，and seriously restrict the sustainable development of economy，society and environment.
