丁集礦煤質(zhì)變化特征

【摘要】:由于安徽省淮南市丁集煤礦煤質(zhì)情況較為復(fù)雜,本文以丁集煤礦主采煤層為研究對象,采用了宏觀、微觀煤巖分析、工業(yè)分析,元素分析,線性回歸法,Matlab軟件及Surfer軟件模擬,主要分析研究了丁集煤礦主要可采煤層的煤質(zhì)特征及變化規(guī)律,探討了煤變質(zhì)作用的類型。 1、主采煤層煤質(zhì)變化特征:本礦區(qū)煤類以氣煤和1/3焦煤為主,與整個淮南煤田的主要煤類一致。各煤層均屬中灰分煤,各煤層為特低~低硫、特低~低磷、中~中高熱值,高熔~難熔灰分,結(jié)渣、結(jié)污指數(shù)低,富油煤。各煤層屬中高~高揮發(fā)分,中等偏強粘結(jié)性,具良好的結(jié)焦性能。 2、主采煤層煤質(zhì)變化規(guī)律: 灰分分布規(guī)律,在橫向上看,主采煤層由復(fù)向斜的邊緣向核部呈現(xiàn)遞減的趨勢,縱向上,隨著煤層深度的增加,其灰分進一步降低,煤質(zhì)增高; 揮發(fā)分分布規(guī)律,從垂向上來看,揮發(fā)分隨著深度增加,其進一步降低,并在巖漿巖侵入地區(qū),揮發(fā)分發(fā)生急劇性的變化,煤質(zhì)變高或成天然焦; 粘結(jié)性分布規(guī)律:粘結(jié)性總體分布規(guī)律不甚明顯,趨于比較穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢,但其可作為判定其他煤質(zhì)的重要參考因素之一。 3、主采煤層煤變質(zhì)作用類型:丁集煤礦主要由于深成變質(zhì)作用,在中生代巖漿侵入的局部地段又發(fā)生接觸變質(zhì)作用,在礦區(qū)的東翼附近由于巖漿巖侵入致使煤層變質(zhì)程度較高,主要是由于在原深成變質(zhì)作用的基礎(chǔ)上疊加了淺成巖漿熱變質(zhì)作用。 綜合分析,丁集礦區(qū)主采煤層淺部主要以QM為主,深層主要以1/3JM為主,煤質(zhì)整體上較穩(wěn)定,煤質(zhì)優(yōu)良,具有良好的經(jīng)濟開發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:Because the coal quality of Dingji Coal Mine in Huainan City of Anhui Province is relatively complex, this paper takes the main coal seam of Dingji Coal Mine as the research object, adopts macroscopic and microscopic coal and rock analysis, industrial analysis, element analysis, linear regression method and Matlab software and Surfer software simulation. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the coal quality characteristics and variation law of the main mineable coal seam in Dingji Coal Mine, and probes into the types of coal metamorphism. 1. The coal quality change characteristics of main coal seam: gas coal and 1 / 3 coking coal are the main coal types in this mining area, which are consistent with the main coal types in Huainan coalfield. Each coal seam belongs to medium ash coal, and each coal seam is very low to low sulfur, very low to low phosphorus, medium to high calorific value, high melting to refractory ash, slagging, low fouling index, rich in oil coal. Each coal seam belongs to medium high-high volatilization, medium strong adhesion and good coking performance. 2, the coal quality change law of main coal seam: From the horizontal point of view, the ash distribution of the main coal seam decreases from the edge of the coal seam to the core, and in the longitudinal direction, the ash content decreases further and the coal quality increases with the increase of the coal seam depth. From the vertical point of view, the volatile matter decreases further with the increase of depth, and in the magmatic intrusive area, the volatile matter changes sharply, the coal quality becomes higher or becomes natural coke. The law of bond distribution: the general distribution law of bond property is not obvious and tends to be more stable, but it can be used as one of the important reference factors in judging other coal quality. 3, main coal seam metamorphism type: Dingji coal mine is mainly caused by deep metamorphism, and contact metamorphism occurs in the local area of Mesozoic magma intrusion, and near the east wing of mining area, the coal seam metamorphism degree is higher because of magmatic intrusion. This is mainly due to the superposition of epidiagenetic magma thermal metamorphism on the basis of proto-deep metamorphism. Comprehensive analysis shows that the main coal seam in Dingji mining area is mainly QM in shallow and 1/3JM in deep layer. The coal quality is stable as a whole and the coal quality is good. It has good economic development significance.
