【摘要】：黃金是全球性戰(zhàn)略資源,在保障國家經(jīng)濟、金融安全方面意義重大。2013年,伴著美國經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)步改善,美聯(lián)儲減少100億QE規(guī)模,全球黃金價格較大幅度下跌,終結(jié)了連續(xù)12年黃金價格上漲行情。2013年全年度黃金最高價位和最低價位相比,跌幅超過了40%。在當前黃金行業(yè)不景氣的大背景下,如何制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,保持、提升競爭能力和獲利能力,使得太金公司在危機中獲得穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,就顯得勢在必行。論文從戰(zhàn)略管理理論的綜合分析入手,從太金公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的現(xiàn)狀及其存在問題分析出發(fā),以PEST工具分析了外部宏觀環(huán)境,進而從組織、資源、技術(shù)、人員素質(zhì)等方面綜合分析了太金公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境,接著以SWOT為基本分析框架,深入分析公司面臨的內(nèi)外部形勢。在以上內(nèi)外部環(huán)境綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論文從戰(zhàn)略思路、戰(zhàn)略目標規(guī)劃、戰(zhàn)略方向選擇、戰(zhàn)略重點項目等幾個方面,提出了太金公司具備較強可操作性的戰(zhàn)略實施方案。總體而言,論文認為太金公司應(yīng)該實施進取型戰(zhàn)略,從操作層面說,則可以實施地質(zhì)探礦先行、低成本運營、以金為主的多元化、人才戰(zhàn)略以及科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略等五大方向。同時,論文提出的“金礦資源大會戰(zhàn)、優(yōu)化五率、提升采礦選礦科技創(chuàng)新、管理提升、廢渣綜合利用、新建尾礦庫、尾礦長石綜合回收”等七大戰(zhàn)略重點項目則為公司戰(zhàn)略的具體實施和運營提供了扎實的支撐,具有較強的實際可操作性。作為戰(zhàn)略實施的后盾,論文從解放思想、突破資源限制、加強運營能力、加強科技創(chuàng)新、嚴格成本管控、強化人力資源開發(fā)以及信息化建設(shè)等七個方面提出了戰(zhàn)略保障措施。最后,給出了研究結(jié)論。通過研究,論文認為,太金公司應(yīng)固守其根本的生產(chǎn)、成本優(yōu)勢,同時要緊緊抓住發(fā)展機會,采取進取型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,才能夠在競爭愈加激烈的黃金行業(yè)持續(xù)保持競爭勢頭。期望本文為太金公司以及從事黃金礦業(yè)開發(fā)運營類公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Gold is a global strategic resource that is of great significance in ensuring national economic and financial security. In 2013, with the US economy steadily improving, the Federal Reserve reduced the size of the US Federal Reserve by 10 billion QE, and global gold prices fell considerably. It ended a 12-year run of rising gold prices. Gold fell more than 40 cents in 2013 compared with its lowest and highest levels for the year. Under the background of the current recession of the gold industry, it is imperative to formulate the enterprise development strategy, maintain and enhance the competitiveness and profitability, so that Taijin company can get a stable development in the crisis. Starting from the comprehensive analysis of the strategic management theory, starting with the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems of Taijin Company's development strategy, the paper analyzes the external macro environment with PEST tools, and then analyzes the organization, resources, technology, and so on. The internal environment of Taijin Company is comprehensively analyzed in terms of personnel quality, and then the internal and external situation of Taijin Company is analyzed with SWOT as the basic analysis framework. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment above, the paper puts forward a strategic implementation plan with strong maneuverability from the aspects of strategic thinking, strategic goal planning, strategic direction selection, strategic key projects, and so on. In general, the paper thinks that Taijin company should carry out enterprising strategy, and from the operational level, it can carry out five major directions, such as geological prospecting first, low cost operation, diversification of gold, talent strategy and science and technology innovation strategy. At the same time, the paper puts forward "the great battle of gold resources, the optimization of five rates, the promotion of technological innovation in mining dressing, the promotion of management, the comprehensive utilization of waste slag, the establishment of a new tailings reservoir," The seven strategic key projects, such as comprehensive recovery of tailings feldspar, provide solid support for the implementation and operation of the company's strategy, and have strong practical maneuverability. As the backing of the strategy implementation, the paper puts forward the strategic guarantee measures from seven aspects, such as emancipating the mind, breaking through the resource limitation, strengthening the operation ability, strengthening the scientific and technological innovation, strictly controlling the cost, strengthening the development of human resources and information construction, etc. Finally, the conclusion is given. Through research, the paper thinks that Taijin company should stick to its basic production and cost advantage, at the same time, it should grasp the development opportunity and adopt the aggressive development strategy, so as to maintain the competitive momentum in the increasingly competitive gold industry. It is expected that this paper will provide reference for Taijin Company and the companies engaged in the development and operation of gold mining industry.
