【摘要】：深部巖石的動(dòng)力破壞,是巖石力學(xué)研究的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問題。為模擬深部巖石動(dòng)態(tài)斷裂情況,選取一種花崗巖制備帶10 mm預(yù)制裂紋的板狀試樣,開展含預(yù)應(yīng)力條件下的巖板動(dòng)態(tài)破壞行為研究。試件尺寸為305 mm×305mm×10.5 mm巖板,在靜態(tài)豎向預(yù)壓的條件下,使用25 mm桿徑的霍普金森壓桿進(jìn)行沖擊試驗(yàn)。利用超高速攝影儀記錄試樣裂紋擴(kuò)展的全過(guò)程,采用數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)(DIC)技術(shù)分析試樣的位移場(chǎng)及應(yīng)變場(chǎng),通過(guò)設(shè)置虛擬引伸計(jì),獲得預(yù)應(yīng)力條件下巖板起裂時(shí)刻、裂紋長(zhǎng)度、裂紋擴(kuò)展速度及斷裂韌性等動(dòng)態(tài)斷裂力學(xué)參量。研究結(jié)果顯示:該巖板試件裂紋擴(kuò)展速度可達(dá)到瑞利波速的0.57倍(~1000 m/s),驗(yàn)證了采用花崗巖巖板測(cè)試的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在特定預(yù)應(yīng)力條件下,巖板的裂紋擴(kuò)展速率與動(dòng)態(tài)斷裂韌性具有明顯的率相關(guān)性;特定沖擊速度條件下,隨著靜態(tài)預(yù)應(yīng)力的增加,裂紋擴(kuò)展速度受到抑制,破壞模式由單一裂紋擴(kuò)展向多條微裂紋擴(kuò)展等復(fù)雜模式轉(zhuǎn)變,甚至出現(xiàn)止裂現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)氣槍沖擊氣壓103.43 kPa、靜態(tài)預(yù)應(yīng)力30 MPa時(shí),裂紋擴(kuò)展速度降為452.4 m/s,屬于低速裂紋擴(kuò)展范圍。
[Abstract]:The dynamic failure of deep rock is a hot issue in the study of rock mechanics. In order to simulate the dynamic fracture of deep rock, a type of granite is selected to prepare a plate specimen with 10 mm prefabricated cracks, and the dynamic failure behavior of the rock plate under the condition of prestressing is studied. The size of the specimen is 305 mm x 305mm x 10.5 mm rock plate, and the static vertical precondition is preformed. Under pressure conditions, the impact test was carried out with a Hopkinson pressure bar of 25 mm rod diameter. The whole process of crack propagation was recorded by ultra high speed photogrammetry. The displacement field and strain field of the specimen were analyzed by digital image correlation (DIC) technique. By setting a virtual extensometer, the cracking time, crack length and crack expansion under the prestress condition were obtained. The results show that the crack propagation velocity of the rock plate specimen can reach 0.57 times that of the Rayleigh wave velocity (~1000 m/s), which proves the advantages of the granite plate test. The rate of crack propagation velocity and the dynamic fracture toughness of the rock plate have a significant correlation with the dynamic fracture toughness under the specific prestress condition. With the increase of static prestress, the crack propagation velocity is restrained with the increase of static prestress, and the failure mode changes from the single crack propagation to the multiple micro crack propagation, even the stop crack phenomenon. When the air gun impact pressure is 103.43 kPa and the static prestress is 30 MPa, the crack propagation speed falls to 452.4 m/s, which belongs to the low speed. The range of crack growth.
