KZ-28型可控震源振動(dòng)器平板結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)與性能研究

【摘要】:可控震源作為一種非爆炸震源,克服爆炸震源的諸多缺點(diǎn),具有高效、安全、環(huán)保等特性,在大部分地區(qū)已逐步取代傳統(tǒng)的爆炸震源,成為油氣資源勘探的主要裝備。振動(dòng)器平板是連接可控震源與大地的重要部件,是傳遞地震信號(hào)的關(guān)鍵,其結(jié)構(gòu)及性能對可控震源的在油氣資源的勘探精度以及具有重要的作用。本文根據(jù)目前油氣資源勘探對可控震源的要求,在調(diào)研國內(nèi)外可控震源振動(dòng)器平板研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出平板結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化目標(biāo),并應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法,對現(xiàn)有KZ-28型可控震源振動(dòng)器平板結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),以期得到一種綜合性能良好的平板結(jié)構(gòu),從而改善振動(dòng)器激震效果,提高油氣勘探的精度及效率。 本文開展的具體研究工作如下: (1)提出可控震源振動(dòng)器平板結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化參數(shù)。根據(jù)KZ-28型可控震源振動(dòng)器系統(tǒng)的組成以及工作原理,建立了振動(dòng)器系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型和振動(dòng)器能量傳遞率數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過分析可知:平板的質(zhì)量和剛度是影響平板的主要參數(shù),由此提出了以平板的質(zhì)量和剛度為優(yōu)化參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)思路。 (2)應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法對工字鋼平板開展結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的原理,開展工字鋼平板結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化仿真研究,并根據(jù)仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的平板結(jié)構(gòu)。 (3)開展了優(yōu)化前后平板的性能分析。根據(jù)提出的平板性能評價(jià)指標(biāo),通過對比優(yōu)化前后的平板開展性能分析研究,得出優(yōu)化平板存在的不足之處,并確定了平板結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)方向。 (4)改進(jìn)平板性能研究與井字形平板的提出。根據(jù)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的結(jié)果以及平板結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的要求對平板結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并對結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)后的平板性能進(jìn)行了研究。通過對比分析各項(xiàng)性能參數(shù),改進(jìn)平板各項(xiàng)參數(shù)均得到了提高;以此研究思路為基礎(chǔ),提出了一種綜合性能優(yōu)異的井字形結(jié)構(gòu)平板。 通過本文研究的研究成果,應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法開展平板結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,為提高可控震源振動(dòng)器的性能提供了一條有效的途徑。
[Abstract]:As a kind of non-explosive seismic source, vibroseis has the characteristics of high efficiency, safety and environmental protection, and overcomes many shortcomings of explosion source. It has gradually replaced the traditional explosion source in most areas and become the main equipment for exploration of oil and gas resources.Vibrator plate is an important component to connect vibroseis with earth and is the key to transmit seismic signal. Its structure and performance play an important role in the exploration accuracy and oil and gas resources of vibroseis.According to the requirements of oil and gas exploration for vibroseis at present, based on the investigation of the plate of vibroseis at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the target of plate structure optimization, and applies the method of structural topology optimization.This paper optimizes the design of the plate structure of KZ-28 vibroseis vibrator, in order to obtain a plate structure with good comprehensive performance, so as to improve the vibration effect of vibrator and improve the precision and efficiency of oil and gas exploration.The specific research work carried out in this paper is as follows:1) the topology optimization parameters of plate structure of vibroseis vibrator are proposed.According to the composition and working principle of KZ-28 vibroseis system, the dynamic model of vibrator system and the mathematical model of vibrator energy transfer rate are established. The results show that the mass and stiffness of plate are the main parameters affecting the plate.Therefore, the design idea of the optimum parameters of the mass and stiffness of the plate is put forward.2) structural optimization of I-beam plate is carried out by using structural topology optimization method.According to the principle of structural topology optimization, the topology optimization simulation of I-steel plate structure is carried out. According to the simulation results, a new flat plate structure is designed.The performance analysis of the plate before and after optimization is carried out.According to the proposed performance evaluation index of the flat plate, by comparing the performance analysis of the plate before and after the optimization, the shortcomings of the optimization plate are obtained, and the improvement direction of the plate structure is determined.4) improving the performance of the plate and proposing the well-shaped plate.According to the results of topology optimization and the requirements of plate structure design, the plate structure is improved, and the performance of the improved plate structure is studied.By comparing and analyzing the performance parameters, the parameters of the improved plate are improved, and based on the research ideas, a new type of plate with good comprehensive performance is proposed.Through the research results of this paper, the structural topology optimization method is used to optimize the plate structure, which provides an effective way to improve the performance of vibroseis vibrator.
