【摘要】:隨著中牟縣近幾年社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,地下水資源已經(jīng)作為中牟縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的寶貴資源,如何合理的開發(fā)地下水資源,加強(qiáng)保護(hù)措施,以便達(dá)到地下水資源的可持續(xù)利用效果,是一件重要且艱巨的任務(wù)。近年來(lái),隨著中牟縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,人口城鎮(zhèn)化的不斷提高,城鎮(zhèn)建筑工程不斷加大,這些外界因素都使得周邊環(huán)境在不斷的惡化,地下水資源也受到了過(guò)度開采,部分地區(qū)的地下水資源已經(jīng)超出了其自身的承受范圍,這對(duì)居民生活、城市的發(fā)展都將會(huì)受到嚴(yán)重的阻礙。以中牟縣地下水資源承載力評(píng)價(jià)為研究?jī)?nèi)容,中牟縣的地下水動(dòng)態(tài)變化情況為基礎(chǔ),從資源環(huán)境的合理利用為出發(fā)點(diǎn),探討中牟縣的資源環(huán)境所處的現(xiàn)狀情況,進(jìn)而分析出中牟地下水資源的可利用潛力所在,最后對(duì)以后地下水資源的合理規(guī)劃利用提供建議,使得當(dāng)?shù)氐牡叵滤Y源能夠達(dá)到可持續(xù)利用的目的。最后對(duì)中牟縣地下水資源承受力評(píng)價(jià)研究主要做了以下幾個(gè)進(jìn)展:(1)通過(guò)對(duì)中牟縣地下水水位埋深變化,以及當(dāng)?shù)囟嗄甑哪昃邓闆r進(jìn)行分析,從而得出當(dāng)?shù)亟邓壳闆r對(duì)中牟縣地下水位埋深變化有著直接的聯(lián)系。又通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)整理,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研等方法,對(duì)中牟縣的地下水開采情況、農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉用水、工業(yè)和城鎮(zhèn)生活用水進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,得出中牟縣近幾年大量的開采使用地下水資源,地下水資源已經(jīng)成為中牟社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的重要水源。(2)在對(duì)中牟縣地下水資源承載力評(píng)價(jià)中,先對(duì)地下水資源承載力綜合指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,做出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最后結(jié)合集對(duì)分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)地下水資源的承載力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和計(jì)算,結(jié)合兩種研究方法可知牟縣地下水資源承載力屬于中等狀態(tài)(Ⅲ級(jí)),同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)中牟縣地下水資源承載本底相對(duì)較好,地下水資源承載潛力相對(duì)較差。為實(shí)現(xiàn)中牟縣地下水資源可持續(xù)利用,政府部門需要加強(qiáng)水資源承載狀態(tài)(農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)和生態(tài)用水)的優(yōu)化配置,從而促進(jìn)研究區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in Zhongmou County in recent years, groundwater resources have been regarded as valuable resources for the economic development of Zhongmou County. How to develop groundwater resources rationally and strengthen protection measures,In order to achieve the sustainable use of groundwater resources, it is an important and arduous task.In recent years, with the economic development of Zhongmou County, the continuous improvement of population and urbanization, and the continuous expansion of urban construction projects, these external factors have made the surrounding environment continuously deteriorate, and groundwater resources have also been overexploited.Groundwater resources in some areas have already exceeded their own limits, which will seriously hinder the development of the city and the life of the residents.Based on the evaluation of the bearing capacity of groundwater resources in Zhongmou County and the dynamic change of groundwater in Zhongmou County, this paper discusses the present situation of resources and environment in Zhongmou County from the point of view of rational utilization of resources and environment.Then the potential of the groundwater resources in Zhongmu is analyzed. Finally, suggestions are provided for the rational planning and utilization of the groundwater resources in the future, so that the local groundwater resources can achieve the purpose of sustainable utilization.Finally, the research on the assessment of the bearing capacity of underground water resources in Zhongmu County is mainly studied as follows: 1) through the analysis of the variation of groundwater table depth in Zhongmu County and the annual average precipitation in Zhongmu County for many years,It is concluded that the local precipitation situation is directly related to the variation of groundwater table depth in Zhongmou County.Through data collation, field investigation and other methods, the groundwater exploitation, agricultural irrigation water, industrial and urban domestic water use in Zhongmu County are investigated and analyzed. It is concluded that a large number of underground water resources have been exploited and used in Zhongmu County in recent years.Groundwater resources have become an important source of rapid socio-economic development in Zhongmu County. In the evaluation of the carrying capacity of groundwater resources in Zhongmou County, the comprehensive indexes of carrying capacity of groundwater resources are first designed and the data are analyzed.Finally, combined with set pair analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the bearing capacity of groundwater resources is evaluated and calculated.Combined with two research methods, it can be concluded that the carrying capacity of groundwater resources in Mou County belongs to the middle state (grade 鈪,
