東非魯武馬盆地海底水道—朵體體系粗粒濁流沉積物波特征及主控因素

【摘要】:海底水道—朵體體系內(nèi)粗粒沉積物波的研究可以深化濁流搬運過程的認識。利用先進的地球物理成像技術,通過地震地貌分析,對東非魯武馬盆地海底水道—朵體體系內(nèi)這種后期易被改造的特殊沉積體進行識別和解釋,結合粗粒沉積物波的形態(tài)、尺度、移動方式、厚度變化、平面分布等特征,探討其成因和影響因素。魯武馬盆地近海底水道—朵體體系內(nèi)的粗粒濁流沉積物波具有多變的地貌和逆行砂丘的底形。水道內(nèi)粗粒沉積物波規(guī)模較小,分布范圍局限;水道—朵體過渡帶的粗粒沉積物波規(guī)模大,波高約45~110 m,波長可達一千余米,總體規(guī)模大于其他地區(qū)已識別出的粗粒深水沉積物波。構造活動、超臨界流產(chǎn)生的水躍作用、地形地貌的變化以及底流作用是魯武馬盆地粗粒濁流沉積物波形成的主控因素。
[Abstract]:The study of coarse-grained sediment waves in submarine waterway-dolomite system can deepen the understanding of turbidity transport process.By using advanced geophysical imaging technology and seismic geomorphology analysis, this special sedimentary body in the submarine waterway and dolomite system in the Luwu Ma Basin, East Africa, is identified and interpreted, which is easy to be modified in the later stage, and combined with the shape of coarse grain sediment wave.The characteristics of scale, moving mode, thickness change and plane distribution are discussed, and the causes and influencing factors are discussed.The coarse-grained turbidite sediment waves in the subsea waterway-dolomite system in the Luwu Ma Basin are characterized by variable geomorphology and the bottom shape of retrograde sand dunes.The coarse-grained sediment waves in the channel are small in size and limited in distribution, and the coarse-grained sediment waves in the transitional zone of the channel and the dolomite have a large scale, with a wave height of about 45 ~ 110m and a wavelength of more than 1,000 meters.The overall scale is larger than the coarse sediment waves identified in other regions.Tectonic activity, water jump produced by supercritical flow, changes of topography and geomorphology and bottom flow are the main controlling factors for the formation of coarse turbidite current sediment waves in Luwu Ma Basin.
