【摘要】：為了獲取適用于自然界中常見碳酸鹽礦物的簡(jiǎn)便、快捷且誤差較小的定量分析方法,基于X-射線衍射技術(shù)并利用強(qiáng)度比例因子法的基本原理對(duì)方解石-文石-球霰石組合中三種礦物共存或僅存在其中兩種礦物的情形進(jìn)行了定量方法研究,建立了9個(gè)定量計(jì)算公式。對(duì)于方解石-文石組合:C%=IC/(IC+3.5530 IA)×100%,A%=IA/(IA+0.2874 IC)×100%(實(shí)測(cè)值與真實(shí)值之間的相關(guān)性系數(shù)r=0.99);對(duì)于文石-球霰石組合:A%=IA/(IA+0.8785 IV)×100%,V%=IV/(IV+1.3194 IA)×100%(r=0.97);對(duì)于方解石-球霰石組合:C%=IC/(IC+10.0058 IV)×100%,V%=IV/(IV+0.1025 IC)×100%(r=0.99);對(duì)于方解石-文石-球霰石組合:C%=IC/(IC+4.7924 IA+4.4442 IV)×100%,A%=IA/(IA+0.2293IC+1.0189 IV)×100%,V%=IV/(IV+0.2778 IC+1.2593 IA)×100%。二元碳酸鹽混合礦物中方解石-文石、文石-球霰石、方解石-球霰石的平均誤差分別為1.8%、4.2%和2.4%;三元礦物組合中方解石、文石、球霰石平均誤差分別為4.5%、4.2%和5.7%,實(shí)測(cè)值與真實(shí)值之間的r值分別為0.98、0.98和0.96。
