中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)教育體制演進(jìn)社會(huì)動(dòng)因研究

【摘要】:1909年京師大學(xué)堂在格致科設(shè)置地質(zhì)學(xué)門,招收地質(zhì)專業(yè)的學(xué)生開展專門地質(zhì)學(xué)教育為肇始。1913年北洋政府工商部在北京創(chuàng)辦地質(zhì)研究所培養(yǎng)地質(zhì)人才,時(shí)間已過去了整整一百年。中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)教育的百年發(fā)展歷程,體現(xiàn)了教育體制化建設(shè)逐步完善的過程。體制演化進(jìn)程,是教育法律、法規(guī)和制度建設(shè)走向成熟的標(biāo)志。中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)科學(xué)和中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)教育的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展是同步的,本文根據(jù)相關(guān)資料,僅對(duì)中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)教育史劃分為三個(gè)階段:①教育體制化探索階段(1909~1917);②教育體制化形成階段(1917~1937);③戰(zhàn)時(shí)教育體制的調(diào)整(1937~1949)。教育本身是一種社會(huì)行為,地質(zhì)教育作為自然科學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的一個(gè)教育門類,它的出現(xiàn)與社會(huì)需要息息相關(guān)。由于近代中國(guó)的社會(huì)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了太多的挫折,自鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)之后,中國(guó)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化使近代地質(zhì)學(xué)及地質(zhì)教育的出現(xiàn)具有自身的特點(diǎn),本文將其歸納為以下幾點(diǎn):①西學(xué)東漸和洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的思想催化作用;②清末所謂“新政”,催生了現(xiàn)代教育體制的出現(xiàn);③19世紀(jì)外國(guó)人在中國(guó)的考察和地質(zhì)旅行增進(jìn)了近代中國(guó)社會(huì)對(duì)地質(zhì)科學(xué)的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解;仡櫚倌曛袊(guó)地質(zhì)教育體制化的不平凡路程,分析總結(jié)這百年歷史的得失與經(jīng)驗(yàn),無(wú)疑會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)地質(zhì)教育及其發(fā)展起到些許的啟示與借鑒作用。本文將從封建制社會(huì)體制扼殺近代科學(xué)的產(chǎn)生、社會(huì)政治對(duì)中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)教育的制約、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是地質(zhì)教育發(fā)展的溫床、社會(huì)文化的發(fā)展促進(jìn)地質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展這四個(gè)方面,對(duì)中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)教育發(fā)展的階段特點(diǎn)及對(duì)今后的借鑒作用進(jìn)行對(duì)比,以求今后中國(guó)地質(zhì)教育的有益啟示,促進(jìn)中國(guó)地質(zhì)教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。通過對(duì)中國(guó)近代地質(zhì)教育體制化演進(jìn)的分析,本文認(rèn)為有四點(diǎn)啟示可以作為進(jìn)一步發(fā)展中國(guó)地質(zhì)教育的借鑒:第一,全社會(huì)大力提倡先進(jìn)的文化,對(duì)地質(zhì)教育發(fā)展具有引領(lǐng)和促進(jìn)作用;第二,堅(jiān)守地質(zhì)教育的社會(huì)功能,排除干擾,堅(jiān)定地質(zhì)教育為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù)的宗旨與信念;第三,堅(jiān)持地質(zhì)科學(xué)與地質(zhì)教育適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與知識(shí)全球化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為我國(guó)地質(zhì)教育事業(yè)由地質(zhì)大國(guó)向地質(zhì)強(qiáng)國(guó)發(fā)展的過程中提供力量的支撐與科學(xué)的引導(dǎo);第四,汲取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),力爭(zhēng)保持地質(zhì)教育發(fā)展大環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定性、科學(xué)性、長(zhǎng)久性。
[Abstract]:In 1909, the Beijing Teachers' College set up a geology department in Gezhi Department, and started with the special geological education for the students majoring in geology. In 1913, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Beiyang Government established the Institute of Geology in Beijing to train geological talents, and it has been 100 years since.The development course of geological education in modern China reflects the process of education system construction.The process of institutional evolution is the symbol of the maturity of educational laws, regulations and institutions.The emergence and development of modern geological science in China and geological education in modern China are synchronized.Only the history of modern geological education in China can be divided into three stages: 1 the exploration stage of educational systematization and the formation stage of educational systematization in 1909 / 19171.The adjustment of the educational system in wartime.Education itself is a kind of social behavior. As a kind of education in the field of natural science, geological education is closely related to social needs.Because the social development of modern China has experienced too many setbacks, since the Opium War, the changes in the social structure of China have made the appearance of modern geology and geological education have their own characteristics.In this paper, it is summed up as the following points: 1 the ideological catalytic role of the western-learning eastward and Westernization Movement; 2 the so-called "New deal" in the late Qing Dynasty, which gave birth to the emergence of the modern education system;The investigation and geological travel of foreigners in China in the 319 century have enhanced the understanding and understanding of geological science in modern Chinese society.Reviewing the extraordinary distance of the systematization of geological education in China for one hundred years, and analyzing and summarizing the gain, loss and experience of this century's history, there is no doubt that it will give some enlightenment and reference to the geological education and its development in contemporary China.This paper will focus on the following four aspects: the emergence of modern science is strangled by the feudal social system, the restriction of social politics on modern geological education in China, the development of social economy as the hotbed for the development of geological education, and the development of social culture to promote the development of geological education.This paper makes a comparison of the stage characteristics of the development of geological education in modern China and its reference function in the future, in order to obtain the beneficial enlightenment of geological education in China in the future and to promote the vigorous development of geological education in China.Based on the analysis of the institutional evolution of geological education in modern China, this paper holds that there are four enlightenments that can be used as a reference for the further development of geological education in China: first, the whole society vigorously advocates advanced culture.It plays a leading and promoting role in the development of geological education. Second, it is necessary to adhere to the social function of geological education, eliminate interference, and strengthen the purpose and belief that geological education serves social and economic development. Third,Adhere to the geological science and geological education to adapt to the development trend of economic globalization and knowledge globalization, and provide strength support and scientific guidance for the development of geological education in China from a large geological country to a geological power. Fourth,Draw lessons, strive to maintain the stability of geological education development environment, scientific, permanent.
