新型套管接箍磁定位儀的電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在生產(chǎn)測井中,通過磁定位儀測量井下套管接箍的個數(shù)來確定儀器所在的地層深度。原磁定位儀在新型特殊螺紋套管接箍井中,無法實現(xiàn)套管接箍的測量。目前,國內(nèi)市場至今無檢測新型特殊螺紋套管接箍的定位儀器。因此,本文以開發(fā)新型特殊螺紋套管接箍磁定位儀為研究目的,研究課題為該儀器的電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及其實現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)主要由測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)采集、測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)上傳和測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)解釋三部分組成。由霍爾元件代替原檢測探頭中的線圈,提高檢測探頭靈敏度,并減小體積,使得儀器精準(zhǔn)測出特殊螺紋套管接箍;測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)上傳至地面系統(tǒng)時采用曼徹斯特碼編碼方式,解決了系統(tǒng)時鐘同步的關(guān)鍵問題;采用動態(tài)地調(diào)整門限幅值和深度窗口法,有效地識別了特殊螺紋套管接箍信號;根據(jù)平差法計算出套管接箍深度位置,實現(xiàn)了儀器深度定位。本文詳細論述了磁定位儀電氣控制系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件設(shè)計及其實現(xiàn)。通過對新型磁定位儀系統(tǒng)的實驗數(shù)據(jù)的分析表明,采用本文的新型檢測探頭和接箍的識別方法,能夠精準(zhǔn)測量新型特殊螺紋套管接箍,實現(xiàn)了儀器精準(zhǔn)定位。因此,本文研究設(shè)計的磁定位儀具有良好的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In production logging, the formation depth of the instrument is determined by measuring the number of casing hoops in downhole by magnetic locator.The measurement of casing coupling can not be realized by the magnetic locator in a new type of special threaded casing coupling well.At present, the domestic market has not detected a new type of special thread casing coupling positioning equipment.Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop a new magnetic locator for special threaded casing coupling, and to study the design and implementation of the electrical control system for this instrument.The system consists of logging data acquisition, log data upload and log data interpretation.Hall element is used to replace the coils in the original detection probe to improve the sensitivity and reduce the volume of the probe, so that the instrument can accurately measure the special thread casing coupling, and when the logging data is uploaded to the surface system, the Manchester code coding method is adopted.The key problem of system clock synchronization is solved, the special thread casing coupling signal is effectively identified by dynamically adjusting the threshold amplitude and depth window method, the casing coupling depth position is calculated according to the adjustment method, and the instrument depth positioning is realized.In this paper, the software and hardware design and realization of the electric control system of the magnetic locator are discussed in detail.Through the analysis of the experimental data of the new magnetic positioner system, it is shown that the new detection probe and the identification method of the hoop in this paper can accurately measure the new type of special thread casing coupling and realize the accurate positioning of the instrument.Therefore, the magnetic locator designed in this paper has good application value.
