【摘要】:隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的到來,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭越來越激烈,真正的人才,特別是高層次的人才逐漸成為一個國家、一個地區(qū)和企業(yè)競爭及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要素。中青旅(寧夏)礦業(yè)投資有限公司在中國西北地區(qū)少數(shù)民族聚集地寧夏,人才成為當(dāng)下尤為稀缺的資源,人才競爭愈發(fā)激烈也是一種必然。中青旅(寧夏)礦業(yè)投資有限公司在從企業(yè)創(chuàng)立初期關(guān)注用有品德之人,通過加大人才篩選和培訓(xùn)的方式培養(yǎng)可用之人,但是尚沒有形成系統(tǒng)的企業(yè)人才開發(fā)體系。致使企業(yè)出現(xiàn)人才開發(fā)斷層,長時間人才培養(yǎng)不到位、發(fā)生人才流失,人才使用過程中的評估和激勵不成熟,從而致使在行業(yè)市場變化莫測時期,企業(yè)面臨生存發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型需要人才之際,大量招聘人、培訓(xùn)人但效果不明顯,始終是人才緊缺、無人可用的境況,人才開發(fā)體系的不健全影響著企業(yè)擴(kuò)大和轉(zhuǎn)型的步伐。文章在對人才開發(fā)的理論研究和分析中青旅(寧夏)礦業(yè)投資有限公司在人才開發(fā)過程中存在的根本問題,重點反洗公司人才開發(fā)存在的問題的成因,構(gòu)建出企業(yè)在當(dāng)下創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展階段的人才選用和適合戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展人才的引進(jìn),人才梯隊的培養(yǎng)和人才激勵評估,制定人才開發(fā)實施的保障措施,保障人才開發(fā)的環(huán)境和體制暢通。從根本上針對不同時期不同階段人才需求提出相應(yīng)的解決補(bǔ)充辦法,才能使自身企業(yè)在當(dāng)今日新月異的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下保持絕對的創(chuàng)新能力和市場適應(yīng)能力,從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的事業(yè)藍(lán)圖,為中青旅人筑夢,真正承擔(dān)福祉社會更多的人的責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the market economy competition is becoming more and more fierce. The real talents, especially the high-level people, have gradually become the key elements of a country, a region and an enterprise competition and sustainable development.China Youth Tours (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd., in Ningxia, a minority gathering area in northwest China, has become a particularly scarce resource, and it is inevitable that the competition for talents is becoming more and more intense.In the early stage of the establishment of the enterprise, Zhongjinglu (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd. pays close attention to the people with moral character, and trains the available people by the way of increasing the selection and training of talents, but there is no systematic system of talents development in the enterprise.As a result, the enterprise has a talent development fault, long time talent training is not in place, the brain drain occurs, and the evaluation and incentive in the process of talent use is not mature, resulting in the uncertain period in the industry market.When enterprises are faced with the need of talents for survival, development and transformation, a large number of recruiters and trainers have no obvious effect, which is always a lack of talents and no one can use them. The unsound talent development system affects the pace of expansion and transformation of enterprises.This paper analyzes the fundamental problems in the process of talent development in Zhongqinglu (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd., and the causes of the problems in the development of talents in the key anti-washing companies, in the theoretical research and analysis of the talent development in Zhongqinglu (Ningxia) Mining Investment Co., Ltd.This paper constructs the selection of talents and the introduction of talents suitable for strategic development, the cultivation of talent echelons and talent incentive evaluation, the establishment of guarantee measures for the implementation of talent development, and the smooth environment and system of talent development.In order to make their enterprises maintain their absolute ability to innovate and adapt to the market under the changing market economy environment, the author puts forward corresponding supplementary solutions to the talent demand at different stages in different periods, so as to make their enterprises maintain their absolute ability to innovate and adapt to the market with each passing day.Thus realize the enterprise's career blueprint, build a dream for the youth travel people, and truly assume the responsibility of more people in the welfare society.
