【摘要】:對提供大扭矩的反扭裝置進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,并根據(jù)鉆頭實(shí)驗(yàn)確定反扭裝置設(shè)計參數(shù);提出反扭裝置設(shè)計原則,建立反扭裝置力學(xué)計算模型,并對不同尖角滑刀式反扭裝置進(jìn)行理論計算,得出其徑向壓力和扭矩關(guān)系曲線,確定最佳的反扭滑刀參數(shù);設(shè)計具有六連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的滑刀式反扭裝置,根據(jù)其結(jié)構(gòu)原理,建立彈簧剛度與徑向壓力理論計算模型,并對4種剛度彈簧進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。研究結(jié)果表明:采用剛度為19.61 N/mm的彈簧時,滑刀式反扭裝置理論上可提供73~94 N·m反扭矩,滿足冰下基巖鉆進(jìn)的需要。
[Abstract]:The optimum design of the reverse torsion device with large torque is carried out, and the design parameters of the reverse torsion device are determined according to the bit experiment, and the design principle of the reverse torsion device is put forward, and the mechanical calculation model of the reverse torsion device is established.In addition, theoretical calculation is carried out for different angle slip knife reverse torsion devices, and the relationship curve between radial pressure and torque is obtained, and the optimum parameters of the reverse torsion cutter are determined, and the sliding knife reverse torsion device with six linkage mechanism is designed, and according to its structure principle,A theoretical model of spring stiffness and radial pressure is established, and four stiffness springs are selected.The results show that when the spring with stiffness of 19.61 N/mm is used, the slip type reverse torsion device can theoretically provide 73 94N m reverse torque, which can meet the need of subglacial bedrock drilling.
