潛孔鉆機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及性能分析

【摘要】:潛孔鉆機(jī)主要用于礦山開采、建筑、水利、電站、建材、交通及國防建設(shè)等多種工程中。與常見的鑿巖機(jī)相比,具有鉆孔深、鉆孔直徑大、鉆孔效率高、適應(yīng)范圍廣等特點(diǎn),是當(dāng)前通用的大型鑿巖鉆孔設(shè)備。本文以潛孔鉆機(jī)為研究對象,綜述了潛孔鉆機(jī)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及出現(xiàn)的問題,并針對國內(nèi)潛孔鉆機(jī)存在的問題對其部分結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行重新的設(shè)計(jì)。首先,運(yùn)用有限元分析理論,通過Pro/E建模和ANSYS有限元分析軟件,對潛孔鉆機(jī)的主要零部件進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析,得出了潛孔鉆機(jī)零部件在不同工況時(shí)的受力情況。解決了現(xiàn)有國產(chǎn)潛孔鉆機(jī)的安全系數(shù)過大的問題,為以后的鉆機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)提供了完備的方法思路。其次,以機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)原則為基礎(chǔ),通過對現(xiàn)有問題的分析,對潛孔鉆機(jī)部分結(jié)構(gòu)提出改進(jìn)方案。運(yùn)用有限元分析理論和機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,對改進(jìn)后的鉆機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)和模態(tài)分析,進(jìn)而得出潛孔鉆機(jī)的固有頻率和相應(yīng)振型,確保鉆機(jī)在工作時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生共振現(xiàn)象。最后,通過機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方法,運(yùn)用MATLAB工具箱對潛孔鉆機(jī)的改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),找出改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)的最優(yōu)解,提高結(jié)構(gòu)件的質(zhì)量利用系數(shù)。同時(shí),利用ANSYS對優(yōu)化后的模型進(jìn)行有限元靜力學(xué)分析和整機(jī)的模態(tài)分析并與優(yōu)化前的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行比較,得出優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。通過以上各項(xiàng)分析與研究,為提高潛孔鉆機(jī)的工作性能提供了一定的理論參考依據(jù)和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The downhole drilling rig is mainly used in mining, construction, water conservancy, power station, building materials, traffic and national defense construction and other projects. Compared with the common drilling machine, it has the characteristics of deep drilling, large diameter, high drilling efficiency, wide adaptability and so on. In this paper, the research status and problems of submersible drilling rig at home and abroad are summarized. According to the problems existing in the domestic submersible drilling rig, the structure of the drill is redesigned. Firstly, the static analysis of the main parts of the submersible drilling rig is carried out by using the finite element analysis theory, Pro/E modeling and ANSYS finite element analysis software. The stress condition of the drilling rig parts under different working conditions is obtained. The problem of excessive safety factor of the existing domestic drill rig is solved, which provides a complete method for the design of the drill rig in the future. Secondly, Based on the principle of mechanical structure improvement, through the analysis of the existing problems, the improvement scheme of the submersible drilling rig is put forward, and the finite element analysis theory and the mechanical structure dynamics theory are used. The static and modal analysis of the improved drilling rig structure is carried out, and the natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode of the submersible drilling rig are obtained, so as to ensure that the drilling rig will not produce resonance phenomenon. Finally, through the mechanical structure optimization method, The improved structure of the submersible drilling rig is optimized by using MATLAB toolbox, the optimal solution of the improved structure is found, and the quality utilization coefficient of the structural parts is improved. The finite element static analysis and modal analysis of the optimized model are carried out by using ANSYS, and the advantages and disadvantages are obtained by comparing with the structure before optimization. It provides a certain theoretical reference and engineering application value for improving the working performance of submersible drilling rig.
