【摘要】：目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料取樣工作,還沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范。取樣工作無(wú)章可循、各行其是,編寫(xiě)一整套取樣規(guī)范顯得尤為重要。在本規(guī)定編寫(xiě)過(guò)程中,通過(guò)分析地質(zhì)及石油行業(yè)的取樣規(guī)范、管理規(guī)定、實(shí)物資料行業(yè)的內(nèi)部文件,并結(jié)合實(shí)物資料的取樣實(shí)踐,總結(jié)出實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料的取樣規(guī)定。其包含了取樣過(guò)程中各個(gè)部門(mén)的職責(zé)分工、取樣申請(qǐng)的接收、回復(fù)、審批、取樣過(guò)程、服務(wù)流程、樣品使用人的責(zé)任及違約處理、附則等方面的內(nèi)容。本規(guī)定還編寫(xiě)了相關(guān)的應(yīng)用附件,實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料取樣方法、實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料取樣評(píng)估方法、取樣申請(qǐng)?jiān)u估論證內(nèi)容、附表等文件。完善了表格化管理,使實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料取樣工作有章可循,提高了取樣工作效率,較好的解決了館藏標(biāo)本保護(hù)與取樣服務(wù)之間的矛盾。
[Abstract]:At present, there is no uniform standard for sampling the physical geological data at home and abroad. There are no rules to follow in the sampling work, so it is particularly important to compile a set of sampling specifications. By analyzing the sampling standards, management regulations and internal documents of the physical data industry in geological and petroleum industries, and combining the sampling practice of the physical data, Summarizes the sampling rules for physical geological data. It includes the division of responsibilities of each department during the sampling process, the receipt, response, approval, sampling process, service flow, the responsibility of the sample user and the disposal of the breach of contract, The provisions have also compiled relevant application annexes, sampling methods for physical geological data, sampling and evaluation methods for physical geological data, contents for evaluation of sampling applications, schedules, etc., and have perfected the tabular management. The sampling work of physical geological data can be followed by rules, the efficiency of sampling is improved, and the contradiction between collection specimen protection and sampling service is well solved.
