【摘要】:金剛石止推軸承組是孔下動力鉆具的關(guān)鍵部件之一,鉆進(jìn)時其承受著旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦、振動、沖擊等惡劣工況,容易造成金剛石片破碎、脫落、磨損,金剛石止推軸承組的可靠性和壽命已經(jīng)成為制約孔下動力鉆具發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)所在。本文利用105金剛石止推軸承組,開展其軸向振動特性研究。論文主要開展了以下工作:首先,分析了金剛石止推軸承組在實(shí)際鉆進(jìn)過程中所處的孔內(nèi)工況,通過簡化假設(shè),建立了金剛石止推軸承組的振動模型,以及其在周期性振動、階躍振動、鋸齒振動三種振動狀態(tài)下的振動響應(yīng)模型,為金剛石止推軸承組的分析研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,結(jié)合振動實(shí)驗臺,設(shè)計了一套金剛石止推軸承組振動模擬實(shí)驗系統(tǒng),包括旋轉(zhuǎn)輸出臺、旋轉(zhuǎn)傳動軸、鉆桿支撐夾具以及調(diào)距夾具,完成了該系統(tǒng)的組裝及調(diào)試,具有提供旋轉(zhuǎn)、模擬孔底摩擦切削、傳遞振動、振動掃頻、測試軸承組振動響應(yīng)的功能。借助該實(shí)驗系統(tǒng)對金剛石止推軸承組進(jìn)行了掃頻實(shí)驗,確定了其固有振動頻率,并利用錘擊法進(jìn)行了驗證,實(shí)驗表明:金剛石止推軸承組的一階固有頻率、二階固有頻率和三階固有頻率分別為61Hz、100Hz和250Hz,孔底作業(yè)時應(yīng)盡量避開此頻率區(qū)間,減少共振破壞。通過開展不同振動類型、振動頻率、振動力大小下的金剛石止推軸承組的振動實(shí)驗,測試其響應(yīng)特性,實(shí)驗表明:(1)金剛石止推軸承組在50Hz、90Hz、189 Hz附近響應(yīng)明顯,在金剛止推軸承組設(shè)計時應(yīng)盡量避開該頻率區(qū);(2)金剛石止推軸承組的振動研究應(yīng)當(dāng)針對內(nèi)圈與外圈分別進(jìn)行分析討論。論文所開發(fā)的振動實(shí)驗系統(tǒng)可為后續(xù)孔底工具振動測試提供模擬條件,為金剛止推軸承組及底部鉆具組合(BHA)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The diamond thrust bearing group is one of the key parts of the drill tool under the hole. It is subjected to the bad working conditions such as rotating friction, vibration, impact and so on, which can easily lead to the breakage, shedding and wear of the diamond sheet. The reliability and life of diamond thrust bearing set have become the key point of restricting the development of dynamic drilling tools under hole. In this paper, the axial vibration characteristics of 105 diamond thrust bearing group are studied. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, The working conditions of diamond thrust bearing group in the hole during drilling are analyzed. By simplifying the hypothesis, the vibration model of diamond thrust bearing group is established, and the periodic vibration and step vibration of diamond thrust bearing group are established. The vibration response model under three kinds of vibration states of sawtooth vibration provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and research of diamond thrust bearing group. Secondly, a set of vibration simulation experiment system for diamond thrust bearing group is designed with the vibration test bench. Including rotary output table, rotary drive shaft, drill pipe supporting fixture and adjusting distance fixture, the system has been assembled and debugged, which provides rotation, simulation hole bottom friction cutting, transfer vibration, vibration sweep, The function of vibration response of bearing group was tested. The frequency sweep experiment of diamond thrust bearing group was carried out with the help of the experimental system, and the natural vibration frequency was determined, which was verified by hammering method. The experimental results show that the first, second and third natural frequencies of diamond thrust bearing group are 61 Hz and 250 Hz respectively. The frequency range should be avoided and the resonance damage should be reduced when the bottom of the hole is operated. The vibration experiment of diamond thrust bearing group under vibration frequency and vibration force shows that the response characteristics of diamond thrust bearing group are obvious in the range of 50Hz ~ 90Hz ~ (~ (189) Hz). The vibration research of diamond thrust bearing group should be analyzed and discussed separately for inner ring and outer ring. The vibration experiment system developed in this paper can be used as the bottom of follow-up hole. Tool vibration testing provides simulation conditions, It provides a reference for the optimization design of bearing group and bottom drilling tool combination.
