基于RS與GIS的單溝泥石流風(fēng)險評價方法研究

【摘要】:本文基于遙感及GIS信息提取技術(shù)研究單溝泥石流風(fēng)險評價方法。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對單溝泥石流風(fēng)險評價研究進(jìn)行了理論體系創(chuàng)新研究。傳統(tǒng)的研究認(rèn)為風(fēng)險性是危險性與易損性的乘積。本文認(rèn)為單溝泥石流風(fēng)險評價應(yīng)包含對該泥石流在不同發(fā)生頻率下的危險強(qiáng)度的評價,泥石流對承災(zāi)體的破壞程度的評價,以及估算造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)破壞損失,并且應(yīng)將防治工程考慮到其中。因而,單溝泥石流的風(fēng)險評價,首先評價其不同發(fā)生頻率下的危險性,其次是評價泥石流不同危險強(qiáng)度下對承災(zāi)體的破壞損失,即承災(zāi)體破壞損失率。本研究采用遙感作為數(shù)據(jù)獲取手段,GIS作為信息提取工具。運(yùn)用GIS技術(shù)從DEM中提取參評因子,使用數(shù)值模擬方法,在matlab中建立數(shù)學(xué)模型模擬泥石流堆積的動態(tài)過程,并將結(jié)果導(dǎo)入GIS中,根據(jù)頻率的不同進(jìn)行危險性等級劃分。在確立風(fēng)險評價的理論思路下,確定評價危險性方法、破壞損失評價方法,以研究泥石流不同危險等級下承災(zāi)體遭受的破損評價為基礎(chǔ),將防治工程考慮到風(fēng)險評價中。本文以舟曲三眼峪泥石流堆積災(zāi)害為實(shí)例,以不同頻率的泥石流危險范圍數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果為參考,作出泥石流對承災(zāi)體的破壞損失程度評價,直接用于泥石流災(zāi)害的風(fēng)險評價,并討論了防治工程防災(zāi)減災(zāi)的效益,得出最終風(fēng)險評價結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on remote sensing and GIS information extraction technology, the risk assessment method of single gully debris flow is studied. The theoretical system innovation research on risk assessment of single gully debris flow is carried out. The traditional study holds that risk is the product of hazard and vulnerability. This paper holds that risk assessment of single gully debris flow should include different risk assessment of debris flow. Assessment of the risk intensity at the frequency of occurrence, The damage degree of debris flow to disaster bearing body and the economic damage loss caused by debris flow estimation should be taken into account in the prevention and control project. Therefore, the risk assessment of single gully debris flow firstly evaluates the risk under different occurrence frequency. Secondly, it evaluates the damage loss of debris flow to the disaster bearing body under different dangerous intensity, that is, the damage loss rate of the disaster bearing body. In this study, remote sensing is used as the data acquisition method and GIS is used as the information extraction tool. The evaluation factors are extracted from the DEM by GIS technology. By using numerical simulation method, a mathematical model is established in matlab to simulate the dynamic process of debris flow accumulation, and the results are introduced into GIS, and the risk grades are classified according to the different frequencies. The method of risk assessment and damage loss evaluation are determined, and the damage assessment of debris flow under different risk grades is studied. Taking the hazard of debris flow accumulation in Sanyanyu of Zhouqu as an example, taking the results of numerical simulation of debris flow hazard range of different frequencies as reference, the degree of damage and loss of debris flow to disaster bearing body is evaluated. It is directly used in the risk assessment of debris flow, and the benefit of prevention and control engineering is discussed, and the final risk evaluation result is obtained.
