【摘要】：在對(duì)城市土地進(jìn)行高強(qiáng)度、高密度的開(kāi)發(fā)利用時(shí)，如何更合理有效地進(jìn)行土地利用規(guī)劃，是我們亟需面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)唐山市N區(qū)的土地工程能力進(jìn)行分級(jí)，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)同一區(qū)域建設(shè)不同類型建筑物的工程能力進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比，為城市規(guī)劃用地的選擇及土地開(kāi)發(fā)序列的確定提供依據(jù)，并給出較為經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理的土地開(kāi)發(fā)利用方案。故本文主要工作及成果如下： （1）根據(jù)N區(qū)資料，利用ROCKModel建模系統(tǒng)建立了研究區(qū)的三維地質(zhì)模型，為工程地質(zhì)分析提供依據(jù)； （2）根據(jù)研究區(qū)地層分布情況及潛在地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的分布特征，進(jìn)行不同區(qū)域、不同深度的地基承載力區(qū)劃以及場(chǎng)地地質(zhì)災(zāi)害分區(qū)，為不同建筑物在不同場(chǎng)地的土地工程開(kāi)發(fā)費(fèi)用計(jì)算提供依據(jù)； （3）在工程地質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上，計(jì)算出不同建筑物在不同區(qū)域的巖土承載體費(fèi)用和災(zāi)害損失費(fèi)用。將計(jì)算出的同一建筑物類型在同一區(qū)域的兩類費(fèi)用疊加，即得到土地工程開(kāi)發(fā)費(fèi)用。在此基礎(chǔ)上，繪制了土地工程能力分區(qū)圖，，為科學(xué)合理地進(jìn)行土地利用規(guī)劃提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the development and utilization of urban land with high intensity and density, how to carry out the land use planning more reasonably and effectively is a problem we urgently need to face. This paper classifies the land engineering capacity of the N district in Tangshan City, on the basis of which, This paper analyzes and compares the engineering ability of building different types of buildings in the same area, which provides the basis for the choice of urban planning land and the determination of land development sequence, and provides a more economical method. Therefore, the main work and results of this paper are as follows:. 1) according to the data of N area, the 3D geological model of the study area is established by using ROCKModel modeling system, which provides the basis for engineering geological analysis. 2) according to the distribution of strata and the distribution characteristics of potential geological hazards in the study area, the subdivision of ground bearing capacity and site geological hazard is carried out in different areas and at different depths. It provides the basis for the calculation of the land engineering development cost of different buildings in different sites. (3) on the basis of engineering geological evaluation, the cost of rock and soil bearing body and disaster loss of different buildings in different areas are calculated. The calculated cost of the same building type is superimposed on the two types of cost in the same area. On the basis of this, the zoning map of land engineering capacity is drawn, which provides the basis for scientific and reasonable land use planning.
