多級(jí)孔結(jié)構(gòu)化磁黃鐵礦材料制備及除磷性能

【摘要】:本文以安徽廬江浮選黃鐵礦精粉(FeS2)以及水熱合成針鐵礦、天然褐鐵礦為原材料,通過(guò)X射線粉末衍射(XRD)、場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡(FE-SEM)、磁化率儀、熱重分析儀等手段,綜合分析了安徽廬江浮黃鐵礦與針鐵礦在N2保護(hù)氣氛下不同溫度焙燒后兩種產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)、磁化率、升溫過(guò)程重量損失的演化規(guī)律。靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了不同溫度熱處理針鐵礦層產(chǎn)物新生磁黃鐵礦(Npyr)對(duì)水中PO43-的凈化作用、溶液初始pH值、PO43-初始濃度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、溶液溫度及水中主要陰離子和陽(yáng)離子對(duì)最佳焙燒溫度新生磁黃鐵礦(Newborn Pyrrhotite, Npyr)凈化水中PO43-的作用。結(jié)果表明:(1)在氮?dú)鈿夥障禄旌媳簾S鐵礦與針鐵礦,在500℃時(shí)黃鐵礦尚未分解,針鐵礦脫羥基演變?yōu)槌噼F礦;在500~600℃時(shí),赤鐵礦與黃鐵礦分解產(chǎn)生的單質(zhì)硫發(fā)生氧化還原反應(yīng)首先形成磁鐵礦,磁鐵礦再與單質(zhì)硫發(fā)生歧化反應(yīng)形成磁黃鐵礦和二氧化硫。(2)針鐵礦轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌噼F礦、磁鐵礦的過(guò)程中繼承了針鐵礦的形貌特征,但轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇劈S鐵礦后變成為粒狀,并且隨著焙燒溫度升高形成磁黃鐵礦的粒徑增大。磁鐵礦與單質(zhì)硫氣固相反應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇劈S鐵礦的晶體生長(zhǎng)為螺旋生長(zhǎng)。焙燒黃鐵礦與天然針鐵礦針鐵礦層產(chǎn)物對(duì)凈化水中低濃度磷的最佳焙燒條件為:焙燒溫度650℃,焙燒時(shí)間2h。(3)新生磁黃鐵礦(Npyr)去除磷的最佳pH范圍是5-7;溶液中的共存陰離子Cl-,對(duì)Npyr樣品吸附磷沒(méi)有顯著干擾作用,NO3-對(duì)Npyr樣品吸附磷有明顯促進(jìn)作用;SO42-, HCO3-對(duì)去除率有干擾作用,與PO43-是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系。此外,通過(guò)分析動(dòng)態(tài)試驗(yàn)柱的出水溶液中PO43-、Fe2+、SO42濃度,考察了焙燒黃鐵礦對(duì)溶液中PO43-的凈化效果。得出了新生磁黃鐵礦對(duì)5mg/L以下的含磷溶液去除效果很好去除率接近100%;700℃焙燒黃鐵礦動(dòng)態(tài)柱實(shí)驗(yàn)在水力停留時(shí)間為1.5h的條件下,可以連續(xù)運(yùn)行375天,對(duì)1mg/L以下的含磷溶液去除率接近100%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRDX), field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), magnetic susceptibility meter, thermogravimetric analyzer and so on, using FeS2), hydrothermal synthetic goethite and natural limonite as raw materials, the authors have made use of FES _ 2), as well as hydrothermal synthetic goethite and limonite.
