【摘要】：肇州縣作為黑龍江省節(jié)水增糧的示范區(qū),節(jié)約用水是節(jié)水增糧行動的一個主題,研究水資源承載力的目的就是為了能夠合理的開采利用水資源,由于肇州縣地表水缺乏,地下水資源作為肇州縣主要的水資源,對于肇州縣的地下水資源承載力的研究具有非常重要的實際意義。本文通過對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的分析對水資源承載力的以后研究的方向做了大概的論述;同時對水資源承載力根據(jù)本文的研究做了一個相對的定義,通過對水資源承載力特性的分析和水資源承載力與可持續(xù)性發(fā)展關(guān)系的分析建立了地下水資源承載力綜合指標(biāo)體系,該體系分為水資源系統(tǒng),社會系統(tǒng),經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng),生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)。又因為每個子系統(tǒng)的特有功能得到了各子系統(tǒng)的具體評價指標(biāo)。選取物元模型評判法對肇州縣的地下水資源承載力進行綜合評價,建立物元模型,確定了經(jīng)典域和節(jié)域。根據(jù)所查資料得到的肇州縣原始數(shù)據(jù)進行了具體的數(shù)字計算,得出了肇州縣十二個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的評價結(jié)果,并根據(jù)所得結(jié)果對肇州縣如何合理開采利用地下水資源進行了對策研究。
[Abstract]:As a demonstration area of saving water and increasing grain production in Heilongjiang Province, water saving is a theme of water saving and grain increasing action. The purpose of studying water resources carrying capacity is to exploit and utilize water resources reasonably, because surface water is scarce in Zhaozhou County. Groundwater resources as the main water resources in Zhaozhou County, It is of great practical significance to study the bearing capacity of groundwater resources in Zhaozhou County. At the same time, a relative definition of water resources carrying capacity is made according to the research in this paper, and the comprehensive index system of groundwater resources carrying capacity is established by analyzing the characteristics of water resources carrying capacity and the relationship between water resources carrying capacity and sustainable development. The system is divided into water resources system, social system, economic system, Ecological and environmental systems. Because of the unique function of each subsystem, the specific evaluation indexes of each subsystem are obtained. The matter-element model evaluation method is selected to comprehensively evaluate the bearing capacity of groundwater resources in Zhaozhou County, and the matter-element model is established. According to the original data of Zhaozhou County, the numerical calculation is carried out, and the evaluation results of 12 towns in Zhaozhou County are obtained. Based on the results, the countermeasures of rational exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in Zhaozhou County are studied.
