【摘要】：本文在工作在搜集區(qū)域地質(zhì)、礦區(qū)地質(zhì)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)大量詳細(xì)的地質(zhì)工作以及室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試分析,對(duì)該礦區(qū)高嶺土的工藝性能及開(kāi)發(fā)利用進(jìn)行了探討,并提出了具有一定可操作性的直接或間接開(kāi)發(fā)利用建議,為邛崍高嶺土礦的開(kāi)采工藝及開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供了相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù)。取得的主要成果和認(rèn)識(shí)如下:(1)邛崍高嶺土礦區(qū)地處四川盆地與青藏高東南緣的過(guò)渡地帶,為龍門(mén)山斷褶強(qiáng)烈侵蝕斜坡式中山區(qū)。屬龍門(mén)山構(gòu)造帶西南段,挽近構(gòu)造活動(dòng)性較強(qiáng),為松潘、龍門(mén)山地震帶的一部分。高嶺土含礦層賦存于第四系中更新統(tǒng)冰水冰磧沉積層中段(Q_2~(fgl2)),呈層狀、透鏡狀、雞窩狀。含礦層基本沒(méi)有規(guī)律的分散分布在礦區(qū)內(nèi),礦體平面形態(tài)不規(guī)則。礦層厚0.7～4.5m,平均厚度1.69m。經(jīng)估算,綿山村一帶礦區(qū)高嶺土礦石資源量19.43萬(wàn)噸。(2)本文在查明了邛崍高嶺土的礦物化學(xué)、物理特征的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與相關(guān)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的對(duì)比研究發(fā)現(xiàn):該礦區(qū)礦石基本工藝性質(zhì)較好,自然白度和燒成白度值不高,礦石平均燒成白度50.62%,但具有很強(qiáng)的可塑性(塑性指數(shù)18.17%)以及一定的耐火度(1600℃)。(3)根據(jù)礦石的質(zhì)量特征研究表明:四川省邛崍市臥龍鎮(zhèn)漢風(fēng)酒城文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目壓覆高嶺土礦地質(zhì)勘查,邛崍市臥龍鎮(zhèn)綿山村一帶礦區(qū)高嶺土礦石質(zhì)量一般、穩(wěn)定,可作為陶瓷原料、耐火粘土礦山,擬建項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的同時(shí)對(duì)該地的高嶺土礦進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)可更好對(duì)資源進(jìn)行利用。
[Abstract]:Based on the work in the collection of regional geology, geological data mining area, through a large number of geological work and the detailed laboratory test and Analysis on the process performance of the mining of kaolin and exploitation are discussed, and put forward some suggestions on utilization directly or indirectly operation, and provide a theoretical basis for mining technology and the development and utilization of Qionglai kaolin mine. The main results are as follows: (1) the transition zone of Qionglai kaolin mine is located in the Sichuan basin and the southeastern margin of the Tibet Plateau, Longmen mountain fault fold strong erosion slope in Zhongshan district. Longmen mountain tectonic belt in southwest section, recent tectonic activity is stronger, for Songpan, the earthquake zone of the Longmen mountains. A part of the seam containing kaolin in the Quaternary Pleistocene ice moraine sediments (middle Q_2~ (fgl2)), a layered, lens shaped, nest like ledge base. The law does not disperse in the mining area, the plane irregular seam thickness of 0.7 ~ 4.5m, the average thickness of 1.69m. by estimation, Mianshan Village area mining kaolin ore resources of 194 thousand and 300 tons. (2) based on the mineral chemistry of Qionglai kaolin and identify the basic physical characteristics, through the comparative study of experimental data with the relevant standards of value discovery: the basic technological properties of the ore is good, natural whiteness and whiteness value is not high, the average ore whiteness of 50.62%, but has a strong plasticity (plasticity index 18.17%) and refractoriness (1600 C). (3) according to study on the quality characteristics of the ore in Wolong town of Sichuan city of Qionglai province Han Feng City Cultural Industry Park project covers kaolin mine geological exploration, Qionglai Mianshan village of Wolong town area mining kaolin ore quality is generally stable, and can be used as raw materials for ceramics, refractory The clay mine, the construction of the proposed project and the development of the kaolin mine at the same time can make better use of the resources.
